Rooted in the wild landscape of Dartmoor, Devon, she is a lover of nature, a pilgrim and a student of the Three Principles (Inside Out Understanding). Liz works especially with older women, guiding them back to their own natural wisdom. When we truly listen to ourselves, we fall back in love with life. Liz's dream is for every woman to feel heard, take up space, find her authentic voice — and be at home in herself. Liz recognises the therapeutic power of the outdoors and of nature; nature is a thread that runs through Liz's work. She lives on the edge of Dartmoor and walks every day, regardless of the weather. As a coach Liz she has worked extensively in schools, businesses and with individuals; she also runs retreats and 'Wellbeing Listener' courses. Liz is a former BBC radio reporter and producer. She is a certified Clarity Coach and has a diploma in counselling. Liz's work is underpinned by the 3Ps aka Inside Out understanding.

Thank you Liz. As you suggested at the time I planted the seed in my gift to the world and will wait for this gift to gently grow and open up to me. A lovely reflection on nature and all the wonder it brings gs us 🌸

Thank you for this course on my inner compass. I am having major back surgery, and this has helped me as I followed your journey, I look upon my journey as one that I am strong, prepared, and willing to do whatever it takes to become well! Blessings of gratitude🙏

Ahhh dear Liz I pulled up Dartmoor on my maps and looked at the 30 Getty Images of it as I listened to your voice, the splashes of the stream, the crunch underneath your footfalls and I really was there with you. Sun on my face too I could imagine despite me sitting here in CA on a gloomy Gray May morning. Thank you for your sharing your sun, your views and your insights. You are a treasure. And I heard no furbaby at all. What kind of pooch is lucky enough to be a Liz Love? Hugs to you

Liz, I love your meandering thoughts as they catch on life’s little joys hidden every day out in the open for us to but look and see them. You are brilliant And like the primrose, we are here just to bud bloom and soak in the sunshine, throwing off beauty and grace in our own little ways. Thank you for your contribution to seeing how many gifts there are - boundless treasures- if we but just look… even in a frozen, winterbare cemetery. Your heart is so very much shining out of your eyes. Hugs, Cali Girl

Thank you Liz, Food for thought, indeed. I felt this deeply today. I too find cemeteries oddly nourishing, they have such a peaceful energy. ✨️🙏🏻✨️

My takeaway: I will restock the bird feeder to entice more natural bustle to my garden. There's an aphorism I can't quite recall right now about there's nothing as crazy to believe as the truth, or something like that, nothing weirder than nature, which might go along with the idea that even when we have a great plan the natural unfolding of another might be even better. 🦜 Thanks [KEY: 5=Insightful, 4=Interesting, 3=Okay, 2=Not For Me, 1=Irritating]

My takeaway: set aside spending time on unhelpful though patterns, don't feed into them. agreed the absence of thought while walking is nourishing. (Thanks brain for bringing up a repeated shouldacouldawoulda lesson but I don't need that now). 🦜 Thanks [KEY: 5=Insightful, 4=Interesting, 3=Okay, 2=Not For Me, 1=Irritating]
