A short meditation for overthinkers to help step back from thoughts and create a little more space - practising the skill of defusion from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Using a simple visualisation of a fashion catwalk, this practice invites you to notice thoughts as they come and go, without getting pulled in. A brief, grounding reset for a busy mind. Practise each day to help you reduce the pull of overthinking.
