Welcome to your first 5 minute meditation with Phoebe Gansworthy.
Today's focus is going to be to feel the energy of your soul.
Sit or lie down and get into a comfortable position.
And let us start by taking 3 deep inhalations and exhalations.
Breathe in now for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and breathe out for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and breathe in for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and breathe out for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and your last breath.
Breathe in for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and breathe out for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5 and now just come back to normal breathing.
Notice how calm your body is using just your breath.
Your breath is your anchor to this world.
It is your anchor in this reality.
I'd like you to focus your attention now on feeling what the energy of your soul feels like.
Ask yourself what does the energy of my soul feel like?
And search within this space of the unseen realms to feel it.
It might help if you bring your attention to the center of your chest where your heart is.
Often we like to think that that's where our soul is.
But our soul can be anywhere within our body.
All around to the edge of our aura.
So feel the energy of your soul and try and locate where your soul is with you right now.
And once you have identified this ask if that's where it wants to be.
Maybe your soul is towards the edge of your aura.
Bring your soul back into the center of your body.
Maybe your soul is right down by your feet.
Maybe you've been running too fast and the world has been chaotic around you.
Ask your soul to come up to your heart.
And feel how that feels to realign with that space.
And now I want you to feel the love of your soul.
Feel the beauty of it.
Feel its weightless magnificence.
Feel how incredibly divine you are.
That's the real energy of your soul.
That's the beauty of it right there in this moment.
Give gratitude to it.
And now your five minutes is over.
