Notice the air entering through your nose and gently leaving through your mouth,

Extend your hands to the sides and lean forward,
Opening your chest in a delicious swaying movement,
As much or as little as you need,
Each time we open our chest and lean forward we inhale and each time we inhale we open a little more and we can breathe deeper,

You can move your neck,
Your back,
Your pelvis as if we're ocean waves along all your body let your heart open,
Let your body follow and surrender to the pleasure of your own being,
To the ecstasy of your sensations in this moment,
Feel the joy of being alive,
