So,
What I would love for you to do is to start getting comfortable.
That might mean closing your eyes.
It may mean keeping your eyes on a soft gaze if that's what feels safe for you.
I'm always going to encourage you to do what feels best and safest for you.
That might mean laying down or sitting in full lotus or standing and walking back and forth.
As we journey inward,
I want you to start noticing your breath.
Notice the inhales and the exhales.
Notice if there's any tension in the body and we're not judging ourselves.
This is just simply to bear witness.
Allow yourself a moment to reconnect to your breath and just take notice of who you are through a quick affirmation session.
And again,
I invite you to soften your gaze or close your eyes.
You can repeat after me.
Because as you activate your voice,
You really activate your magic.
I am wonderful and I am capable and I am kind and I am safe.
I am generous.
I am loving.
I am radiant.
I am breathtakingly gorgeous.
Inside and out,
I am soft and everything that I do,
I do with love.
Even when I feel overwhelmed,
I can still access love.
I am directly connected to peace.
I am directly connected to prosperity.
Everything and everything I could ever need is already within me.
And I wholeheartedly believe that.
In mind,
Body,
And soul,
I am divinely designed and I effortlessly shine.
That is my truth.
That is my truth.
That is my truth.
I bear witness to my genius and my greatness and I lovingly share that with the world.
Another deep inhale,
Breathing in,
And letting go.
I'm going to count back from five to one.
And when we get to one,
You're going to feel so refreshed,
So satisfied,
So satisfied.
Wiggle your ears and your toes.
Four.
Maybe bringing your shoulders up to the bottom of your ears and rolling them back,
Really opening up the heart space.
Three.
Bringing your shoulders up to your ears and bringing them in,
Closing inward,
Coming home to self.
Two.
Moving our head from left to right and right to left.
And one.
Bringing a smile to our faces and opening your eyes and re-centering your gaze.
