Welcome to a new month guided meditation created to help you realign your energy,
Your intentions,
And your purpose at the beginning of a new month.
My name is Lotus Aloba and I will be guiding you through this meditation.
In this moment I encourage you to get as comfortable as you possibly can.
This may mean laying down,
Sitting in full lotus,
Mindfully walking.
It might even mean closing your eyes if that feels good to you or softening your gaze.
Allow your body to lead you in this moment on what it needs.
And when it feels good to you I want you to invite a deep inhale in,
Breathing into the lower belly,
Allowing the belly to fill up with fresh air.
And when it feels good to you,
Letting go,
Dropping the shoulders,
Coming home to the body.
Allowing another deep inhale,
Breathing into the lower belly,
Expanding that breath to the lower back,
Allowing the air to rise up into the heart space.
And when you're ready,
Open mouth,
Exhale,
Release,
Let go,
Softening the scalp,
Softening the forehead and behind the eyes.
We invite another deep inhale in,
Expanding the lower belly,
Breathing into the lower back and taking an extra breath into the heart space,
Noticing how much space we have for newness.
And lovingly letting go,
This time softening around the mouth.
Maybe even softening your earlobes.
Relaxing the neck,
Melting into the shoulders,
Letting the arms feel a little heavy.
As you mindfully inhale and exhale,
Noticing your breath,
Bear witness to the fact that you are alive,
That you have made it to another month.
This means new days and moments for blessings and miracles,
For you to rediscover yourself,
To strengthen a skill set or a talent.
Let this moment encourage you to look forward with excitement,
That even though we are uncertain of what comes next,
We can be certain of ourselves and the fact that we've survived a hundred percent of our worst days.
So we can move forward,
Knowing that when necessary,
We can expand our capacity with every inhale.
And we can let go,
Knowing that we are fully capable and prepared for whatever life brings us.
Deep inhale,
Breathing in,
Slow exhale release,
Allowing any distractions or ruminating thoughts to float by in the mind,
Like a cloud in the sky.
Allowing yourself the relief that you may need and letting go of what happened in the previous month.
Any disappointments or mistakes you feel you have experienced,
Knowing that they've happened in the past and that you were able to get through them or you are getting through them.
But feeling empowered to leave them in the past,
So that you can move forward into this month feeling lighter and brighter.
To no longer feel weighed down by decisions you made before.
To invite grace into your life.
To remember that you are allowed to feel through your humanity however you see fit.
Deep inhale,
Breathing in.
Exhale,
Letting go.
Deep inhale,
Breathing in.
And on this next exhale,
I want you to make it audible,
Letting go,
Activating the vagus nerve.
Letting the body know that you are safe in this moment.
Letting the mind know that you are safe in this moment.
Remembering that you have all of the resources that you need to get through whatever comes up in this new month.
And maybe even shifting your perspective to excitedly call in all the wonder and awe that awaits you.
Perhaps in this upcoming month you begin to practice focusing in on beauty,
On love,
On joy,
On clarity,
On people,
Places,
And things that help you to feel your absolute best.
And by creating healthy boundaries for everyone and everything else that does not feel aligned in this upcoming month.
Breathing in,
Call in that intention of enjoying this upcoming month.
And exhale,
Let it go into the world.
Set an intention with your next inhale.
How will this upcoming month feel for you?
How will it look?
Remember that you have authority over your life.
And that with practice,
You can cultivate and create a month that feels incredible.
A month that honors all of who you are,
That connects you to the best people,
That puts you in beautiful spaces,
That reaffirms your brilliance,
That amplifies your beauty,
And that welcomes your boldness.
All this and more is waiting for you in this upcoming month.
And the only thing required of you is to breathe and be.
Allow yourself to feel satisfied in the small moments just as much as you cherish the big ones.
Allow yourself to feel prepared and ready.
Find relief in letting go of self-doubt.
You are more than ready for this upcoming month.
This upcoming month is so excited to meet you.
And all of your creativity,
All of your joy and passion,
All of your kindness,
May you show up to each day feeling aligned,
Feeling confident,
Feeling clear,
And feeling courageous.
Let's seal off this meditation by taking a collective inhale together,
Breathing in,
Filling up that lower belly,
Expanding that breath to the lower back,
Filling up the heart space,
Bringing a smile to the face.
We let go.
We find peace.
We soothe our nervous system.
We nourish our well-being.
And to come out of this meditation,
I'm going to count backwards from five to one.
And by the time you get to one,
You will feel rejuvenated and refreshed and ready to welcome reflection into your day and into this beautiful month.
Five.
It may feel good to roll your shoulders up and back,
Or maybe in the reverse.
Four.
It may feel good to rotate your neck from left to right,
Right to left.
Three.
Inviting sensation back into the body.
This might mean wiggling your toes or your fingertips.
Two.
Bringing a smile to your face,
Allowing that smile to raise your vibration and solidify your intention.
And one.
Gently opening up your eyes or refocusing your gaze.
Coming back to the space.

And know that you can come back to this meditation as many times as needed to realign to the new blessings and miracles that are coming your way.

To remember that you are a blessing and a miracle in every way.
