Times run so fast that at moments we don't even know where our life is going.
Take a comfortable position,
Either if it is sit or laying down on your bed or a couch.
Gently close your eyes,
And let's relax by taking some deep breaths.
Ready?
Inhale and exhale.
One more time,
Inhale and exhale.
As you return to your normal breathing,
Let's think about what we are going to do today.
Think of this as a gentle invitation from that little part inside you that loves to dream.
Life can be draining at moments,
Full-time jobs,
Studies,
Responsibilities,
Yes,
They do exist,
But if you remember,
We also used to dream.
To think about fantasies,
Other dimensions,
Fantasy worlds,
Unicorns,
Dragons.
And when we think about it nowadays,
It's like we should be ashamed of that little part of our history.
But that brightness is still underneath your soul.
When we think about our dreams,
Our future,
Our family,
The things that we want to do with our friends.
So ask yourself,
When was the last time that you did something just for the sake of joy?
When was the last time that you gave yourself the opportunity to think about something else rather than work and stress?
Visualize your inner shell in front of you.
It could be your own self,
Like seen through a mirror,
Or it can be just a friendly spirit.
With a gentle step,
Get closer and identify how this little and friendly spirit feels.
What about talking with this little spirit?
Do they have something to share with you,
Like an idea,
A wish,
Or does it just want to see your smile?
Dreams may change with the time.
Maybe we don't think about dinosaurs anymore,
Or about the stars,
Maybe we don't want a castle or a world full of magic anymore,
But we still want to smile,
To enjoy what we can do in life.
So I ask you,
Have you actually spent the time with the people on the fence that makes you smile from the heart?
Maybe it's not a bad idea to go back to that fantasy world that we created in the past.
Because when we connect to our purest innocence,
We can identify the roots of our happiness.
So next time,
Allow that little shell to take care of you,
And maybe not the other way around.
At least for one time,
And the next time you see them,
Give them a warm long-lasting hug.
And before saying goodbye,
Do yourself the favor to enjoy those little things,
The games,
The small talks,
Checking in with your friends,
Petting your dog or your cat,
Reading that book that you love,
Going for a walk,
You decide,
Just don't limit yourself,
Cause life is not for that.
And as we reach to the end of this little session,
Start to be aware of your surroundings,
Wiggle your toes,
Your fingers,
Roll a bit your shoulders,
And stretch a bit.
Fence for your company today.
Until next time,
Dear adventurer.
