You may like to lie down or sit up,
Whatever feels good to you,
And just close your eyes or lower your gaze,
Whatever feels better for you.
Just drawing your attention away from the external world to inside of you.
And just start to bring breath into your lower belly,
Allowing it to soften.
And on the exhale,
Releasing,
Letting go.
And just allowing your body to breathe itself,
Relaxing and softening.
Feeling your heart beating in your chest.
Feeling your breath move inside your lungs.
Feel your hips relaxing.
Allow your shoulders to drop.
Allow your shoulders to drop,
Unclenching your jaw,
Letting it soften.
Breathing,
Being present in your body.
And just allowing the skin around your eyes to be soft and relaxed,
Letting go of any tension,
And just feel it melting away.
And if any thoughts come up,
Just allow them to pass by like clouds.
Keeping your breath smooth and steady as you breathe in and breathe out.
As you breathe in and breathe out.
Now just turning your gaze upward to all the space between your brows.
Just bringing energy to the third eye point.
If it helps,
You might like to press the tip of your tongue to the upper palate in your mouth to stimulate the chakra from underneath it.
And as you bring your attention to this energetic point,
Start to see the color indigo with deep royal blue.
And just allowing it to come into your awareness in your third eye.
Just imagine it filling up this area,
Expanding with each breath.
And as it expands,
You go deeper and deeper,
Further into its deep blue allure.
Finding yourself to be in there.
This blue inkiness.
Beyond this,
You see the galaxies emerging.
Taking it all in.
This expansiveness.
This vastness.
This space of limitless possibility and potential which you have access to.
This space of knowing and trust.
A space where you can access the answers to anything you need.
A space where you can receive your guidance and connect with your knowing.
A space where you can fully trust yourself.
And really allowing yourself to be in this space.
How does it feel to you?
Knowing that this is a space where you can access your wisdom.
Now I invite you to simply ask the question,
What do I need to know right now?
And let yourself receive the answer.
I'm spending a few more moments here fully absorbing,
Fully connecting with this truth of you.
Perhaps you have some questions you would like to ask.
Go ahead and do so,
Allowing yourself to receive the answers.
Trusting what comes up.
And if nothing does today,
That's perfect too.

When you're ready,
You can start to draw yourself out of this space,
Knowing it's always there for you to access.
Just begin to feel yourself in your body,
In the room that you're in.
Gently bringing your awareness into your body.
Bringing some gentle movement into your fingers and toes.
Gently moving around a bit,
Maybe stretching.
And softly bringing yourself back into the space.
Opening your eyes when you're ready.
