Breathing out,
Feeling more space inside.
Becoming receptive to new possibilities.
Think of something you have to do today.
What would help you?
Imagine you have the strengths and talents you need within you.
Feel the energy of one of your strengths.
Where do you feel it in your body?
Perhaps there is an image or symbol that represents this quality.
How would you express this strength?
What would you do?
In your heart,
Declare to yourself that I will be mindful of this strength today.
Trusting in the power of your own voice.
Knowing that you can connect to your strengths whenever you need.
Connecting with your strengths is such a simple way not to miss one moment of your precious life.
