Welcome to the Somatic Tuning Experience,

Practices to connect with the Crown Chakra.

Somatic exercises are a great way to shift stuck,

Stagnant and unwanted energies.

Connecting with this chakra can help you tap into your higher consciousness and connect with the divine.

Here are some guided somatic practices to help you connect with your Crown Chakra.

Meditation Sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight and your eyes closed.

Take a few deep breaths and focus your attention on the top of your head.

Visualize a white light glowing at the crown of your head,

Filling you with a sense of peace and serenity.

Repeat the mantra,

I am connected to the universe.

This will help you stay focused.

You may like to sit here a while and explore through this meditation.

Another somatic exercise is yoga.

Practice yoga poses that stimulate the Crown Chakra,

Such as the headstand,

The lotus pose and the tree pose.

These poses help to open up the energy flow to the top of your head and increase your connection to the divine.

Mindfulness Practice being present in the moment and fully aware of your surroundings.

Take a walk in nature and focus on the beauty around you.

Listen to calming music and focus on the sounds.

This helps to quiet your mind and increase your connection to the universe.

When practicing yoga poses,

Be mindful of your capability and practice safely.

And remember,

Connecting with the Crown Chakra takes time and practice.

Be patient with yourself and trust the process.
