Welcome to the Somatic Tuning Experience – Practices to Connect with the Solar Plexus Chakra.

Somatic exercises are a great way to shift stagnant,

Stuck and unwanted energies.

By practicing these somatic techniques,

You can connect with your solar plexus chakra and cultivate a sense of inner strength and confidence.

Here are some guided somatic practices that can help you connect with your solar plexus chakra.

Breath work A simple and effective way to connect with the solar plexus chakra is through deep,

Diaphragmatic breathing.

Start by sitting comfortably with your feet on the ground and your hands on your belly.

Take a deep inhale through your nose,

Feeling your belly expand.

Exhale through your mouth,

Feeling your belly contract.

Repeat this for several rounds,

Focusing your attention on your solar plexus area.

You might also like to think of the colour yellow.

Another great somatic exercise to try is belly dancing.

Belly dancing is a form of dance that is known for its ability to connect with the solar plexus chakra.

Try putting on some music that inspires you and moving your hips and belly in a fluid,

Circular motion.

As you dance,

Focus on the sensation in your solar plexus area and imagine a golden light filling the space.

Have some fun.

Another somatic exercise to connect you with your solar plexus chakra is the warrior pose.

Warrior pose is yoga posture that can help cultivate a sense of inner strength and power.

Begin by standing with your feet hip width apart.

Step your left foot back about 3 to 4 feet,

Turning it out at a 45 degree angle.

Bend your right knee,

Keeping it stacked over your ankle.

Lift your arms overhead,

Drawing your shoulder blades down your back.

Hold this pose for several breaths.

Feeling a sense of strength and power in your solar plexus area,

It is important that you repeat it on the other side.
