I let go of any guilt about being overweight.

I choose healthy foods.

I exercise every day.

I love taking care of my body.

Every breath I take,

I'm filled with fresh energy.

My body removes toxins.

My body eliminates fat cells.

I eat healthy and let go of any guilt surrounding eating food.

Every day,

I am closer to the weight I want to be.

My body looks and feels amazing.

I make it through unhealthy cravings without indulging.

I take care of my body every day,

Eating only healthy foods.

The foods I choose nourish my body.

It is easy for me to lose weight.

I deserve to look and feel great.

Doing daily exercise is the key to losing weight.

My body is strong and resilient.

I love the way I look.

All of the cells in my body are in perfect working order.

I change any old habits and create new,

Positive habits.

I easily resist the urges to overeat.

Every choice I make pushes me towards my ideal weight.

I see my body becoming slimmer every day.

I look in the mirror and I say to myself,
