This time is for you,
So let's begin by allowing any worries,
Doubts and concerns from your day or week to just fade away as you close your eyes.
Allow for relaxation to start,
First in your eyelids.
All those tiny muscles around your eyes just let go,
And that relaxation travels into your face,
Down the neck and throat,
Softening those shoulders.
Relaxing all the way down your body,
To the toes.
Say to yourself,
From head to toe,
I am deeply relaxed.
And again,
From head to toe,
I am deeply relaxed.
Nice.
This moment is for you,
So let's cultivate more self-love.
Start by saying I love me.
I love me just the way I am.
Accept who you are,
How you look and everything about you right now.
Just be accepting and allow yourself to be.
No need to change anything about you.
You are fine just as you are.
There is nothing to forgive.
There are no mistakes.
Every moment of your life has led up till now where you are just relaxing.
Take a very deep breath now,
The deepest breath you've taken today,
Exhaling,
Letting go of any remaining tension.
In the past,
You may have said some things to yourself about you that were not the best,
Talking down to yourself,
Judging yourself.
Let's take this moment to say some positive words about you.
Start with the word I.
I am amazing.
I am kind.
I am loving.
I am calm.
I am caring.
Say a few affirmations on your own.
Even if they don't feel quite true right now,
Go ahead and say them anyway.

Now think of some activities that you really enjoy.
What are some things that you can do after this session that will be like a form of self-love?
Perhaps take a long bath or go on a run.
What are some things that you really like to do?
Imagine doing those things now.
Taking care of you.

After this session is complete,
I want you to go and do some of those things.
Call it self-care.
Now imagine that you are looking into a mirror and you see your own reflection.
It is unlike you have ever seen yourself before.
You look glowing,
Radiant,
Happy.
Your reflection smiles at you like never before.
And you hear your own voice speak to you,
I love you.
You are love,
Pure,
Unconditional love.
Now go ahead and take your hand,
Place it over your heart.
Breathing softly here,
Feel a deep love coming from within you.
Breathing,
Expanding this love outward.
Inhaling,
Exhaling,
Shining your love to everyone around you.
Every person that comes into your sphere can feel your love.
They can feel your love in person,
Through messages,
And even from very far away.
That is how powerful you are.
And the more you love yourself and say good things to you,
The more powerful your love becomes.
