The human journey is to experience a range of physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
And spiritual elements.
The pleasure of taste,
For example,
Is a beautiful physical experience.
The pleasure of music and dance,
Examples of other inspiring physical experiences.
Happiness,
Sadness,
Laughter,
And even anger are all beautiful expressions of being human.
Celebrate all of these emotions.
Recognize that they are all required to lead you to the finest of emotions.
Lower vibration emotions,
Such as anger and sadness,
Are a catalyst to guide you to the path of appreciation,
Gratitude,
And happiness.
Your ability to think independently,
To analyze,
To grow,
To believe,
To trust,
All stemming from your powerful brain.
Your brain and your mind are miracles.
And finally,
The freedom,
The freedom to hold onto your spiritual beliefs.
Whether you believe in the singularity of God,
The power of the universe,
Your inner being,
You are independent and free to believe what you would like and to hold onto your truth,
Your personal truth.
Many of us are conditioned to believe that life is a struggle and full of suffering.
Recognize that it is your choice.
You can frame that life is a beautiful opportunity to experience in the physical form.
The value of the human experience is to live the range of experiences and the choice of these experiences.
You can choose to experience life as a burden,
Or you can see your life as a life full of beauty,
Ease,
Freedom,
And joy.
These concepts will begin to integrate into your heart,
Mind,
Body,
And soul as your day unfolds.
Science shows it can take two months or longer to recondition yourself.
