A life celebration meditation.
The intention of this meditation is to invoke gratitude through the celebration of life.
The heart is the command centre of our physical,
Emotional,
Mental and spiritual expressions.
The key to a full expression of gratitude is through the heart.
Today,
We will focus on this heart centre.
And let us begin.
We will start with three grounding breaths.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Take another deep breath in and release.
And take a last deep breath in and release.
Scan your body.
Release any resistance.
Surrender to the universe.
Any and all resistance.
Wonderful.
And at this point,
Draw your attention to your heart.
Place your hand on your heart if it will help you with your focus.
Connect with your heart.
Become aware of your heart.
Acknowledge your heart.
Appreciate your heart.
Love your heart.
Imagine emerald green light spiralling before your chest and your mid-back.
Guide this bright emerald green light to enter through the front and through the back,
Filling your heart with this nourishing emerald green light until your heart becomes full.
Imagine your heart radiating emerald green light.
Bathe in this light.
Savor the sensations.
Savor the sensations.
Take a deep breath in of gratitude and release.
Take a deep breath in of appreciation and release.
Take a deep breath in of love and release.
We are truly blessed for this opportunity to live in this human experience.
