Find a comfortable position in your bed.

Gently close your eyes,

Releasing the day's thoughts and focusing inward.

We'll start with three deep,

Grounding breaths to settle into this moment.

With each breath,

Create the intention to let go of any lingering stress,

Tension,

Or any form of resistance within your four bodies.

Take a slow deep breath in,

Imagining a calm red light hovering around your abdomen,

Warm and soothing.

And exhale,

Feeling any digestive discomfort soften and dissolve.

Take a second deep breath in,

Drawing in the nurturing red light.

And as you exhale,

Let your body sink deeper into relaxation,

Ready for restful sleep.

And take a third and final deep breath in.

And on exhale,

Feel complete relaxation within your body.

Now,

In the quiet of the night,

Envision the soft,

Warm,

Red rays of the sun gently resting on your digestive area.

Feel the light's soothing warmth penetrate your abdomen,

Bringing peace and calm to your digestive organs.

Visualize this healing red light as a blanket of comfort over your stomach,

Intestines,

Liver,

And all related areas.

With each gentle breath,

Allow this light to ease,

Heal,
