Let us begin this meditation to release the resistance to change in life and surrender to the unfolding of this human journey with acceptance,
Ease and flow.
Let us start with letting go of all resistance associated with change with transitions.
At any point if a direction does not resonate with you,
It is okay.
When connected with your body,
Surrender and trust that your body always knows what to do.
Scan your body,
We will start at the crown of your head and we will slowly work our way down to your feet.
As you scan,
Connect with your body to identify resistance in the form of anxiety,
Fear or resistance to change.
This may be in the form of physical tension,
Tightness,
It may be mental thoughts or it may come to you as emotions or feelings.
Just become aware of the physical sensations,
Open yourself to any messages from your body.

Your neck,

Feel it,
Hear it.
Your shoulders,
Connect with it,
Become aware.
Let the resistance know that you feel it,

Your chest and heart,

Appreciate all the sensations and messages your body delivered to you,
The emotions,
The stories.
Resistance is a wonderful opportunity for growth and expansion.
In the case of resistance to change,
It's an opportunity to honor that the human journey is one of constant change,
One of constant growth and expansion.
Embracing change allows you to accept all that life has to offer with ease and love.
Appreciate life.
Appreciate the unfolding.
Appreciate change.
And now,
After becoming aware of,
Acknowledging and appreciating the resistance,

Expell all of the resistance you connected with out of your body.

And now surrender.
Consider your fear to the changes in life and invoke an intention for acceptance,
