Namaste and welcome to this playfulness experience if you're looking for calm relaxation and to connect to this playfulness spirit then you're here at the right place it shall also evoke feelings of flexibility and connecting to and open to the thought of possibility playful possibility exploration of new ground if that resonates with you please enjoy and lie down bring your palms up towards the sky your toes facing away from each other lie down close your eyes let's start take a deep inhale and exhale a little bit longer always feel invited to hum as you're exhaling to nurture your entire body care for your entire body one more time inhale and exhale in this playfulness we can explore the body in a different way we can do whatever we want we're not limited to anything still having some frames is great some frames to hold on to so we are starting with intention with your individual intention so find out what it is that you are looking for more within your existence within your experience maybe it is connection you want to feel more connection and formulate slowly the sentence that is resonating for you for this intention practice i want to be more spontaneous i want to be something else and then formulate it in a sense of present and it's already true i am spontaneous i am present i am aware check in what comes up with you listening in to your body see how it comes up in what kind of sentence it is and then transform it into a present form as it is as if it were already true i am authentic for example this recording is done all in one session uncut with all the errors for you so it's authentic so you can hear everything what kind of intention came up for you listening into your body and then repeat this intention three times as soon as you have it can do this in stillness and then let's continue letting go of this intention and let's head playful in a way like dance like into our next practice so i want you to visualize yourself dancing with everybody who's listening in to this guided meditation right now it's a full dance floor with thousands of people dancing and you can just express yourself to the fullest feeling the energy of all the other people dancing and i want you to be ecstatic here really feeling young feeling playful feeling feeling that you're doing movements you've never done before visualizing these movements feeling your hands feeling your feet vibrant moving feeling the floor as you're stepping on the floor turning yourself reaching making yourself small making yourself big reaching for the stars and really being in your body and completely being able to let go of everything as you're dancing playful to the rhythm of the music the rhythm of nature turning and exploring every kind of move your body can do curious exploration-like you smile feeling your smile as you're exploring having your eyes closed you're just observing your eyes own body right now as you're dancing visualize it more and more feeling your arms how are your arms moving your elbows your shoulders your hands it's playful free every movement is loud without being judged by anybody without judging yourself that you're moving strangely no it's just play it is just play and you're allowing yourself to play completely fully ecstatic feeling your arms feeling your hands your wrists your elbows your shoulders moving doing all kind of silly and cool movements and having fun in the process of this playfulness feeling your hands more and more your arms more and more visualizing yourself smiling and hovering over the dance floor quickly with your feet moving stretching reaching navigating through all of the other people who are also ecstatic dancing and having fun and enjoying themselves to the fullest feeling deeply playful exploring what is possible just for yourself at this point in time without connecting to others just moving your body seeing what's possible feeling your torso your hips your belly your pelvics and breathing playful as well deep into your body giving you the energy to move on the dance floor just moving on your own in the midst of a lot of people thousands of people and everybody's just focusing on themselves right now completely completely coming further up to your neck visualizing any kind of head movements that you're doing and are facilitated for through your neck and then coming up further to your head feeling how you're still smiling your jaw your lips your lower lip and your upper lip smiling and your nose your eyes excited every part of your body is excited visualizing how you're turning your head ecstatically back of your head crown of your head how you're reaching up making yourself tall midst of the dance floor visualizing the back of your body how your back of your body feels as you are dancing good job and completely visualize yourself slowly connecting more and more with the people around you and honoring their dance moves smiling recognizing and starting to connect more and more to the other people to the other humans to their dances their individual dances and seeing just seeing when somebody is dancing within your rhythm within your style within within your attitude within your playfulness and if there's any kind of connection going on maybe some kind of mirroring maybe some kind of fun or playfulness a way of engaging with each other in play and just exchanging these many smiles seen of the on the dance floor completely engulfing yourself in dance completely feeling the connection of everybody dancing in their rhythm to the beat of nature the beat everybody is connected through it through this playfulness through this spirit that is teaching that it's within you this playfulness think about how you're dancing and taking up space and giving space on the dance floor you're taking up space and then you're giving space again and again honoring this feeling of fun of playfulness for relaxation of just being however you are and being recognized for it and honored feeling all everything that you can feel and honoring it for it nothing that you need to change everything just as it is just as it is right now connecting more to this playful character to this playfulness feeling it within your feet feeling it within your hands within your head throughout your entire body playful in this frame you're playful on the dance floor you're playful with respect you're moving with honoring the others you're moving and with laughter and love you're moving moving just arriving wherever you arrive you're exploring you don't quite know where you arrive you're just exploring and being playful and seeing what life has in store for you opening up your heart even more feeling tall and accepting everything that comes up everything that comes up on the dance floor and then slowly visualize yourself taking some rest coming to rest stepping outside of the stance floor and resting so that you can dance again when it's time and looking forward to this event looking forward to this playfulness again and for now you're just smiling looking forward to what you have just experienced and feeling maybe also the eagerness of going back to being playful again right now of visualizing it again just observing how it feels and just saying to yourself and it's okay that i will feel soon playful again however right now i need to take some deep breaths and rest calming myself so i'm not getting too excited so i'm not getting too much into playfulness so i'm not exhausting all my energies but really being mindful again as well when entering again into playfulness so taking a moment to really realize and feel in your body how it felt how it's feeling right now to be playful really realize that coming away from the norms and the thing that you know will give you more will give you an open mind that will let you reach for new stars reconnecting with things that you've forgotten reconnecting with things that you love or that you loved that will be deeply nurturing to you so yes say yes to being playful say yes to being yourself say yes to being authentic and honest and transparent and happy and everything else that you like to be like like to be liked for as well like to be honored for check in with how that feels like to be really playful to be really playful without anybody else judging you or being the judger that is maybe hindering the other person to open up further dance more play-like so instead invite others to play with you playful and open reaching for more for whatever comes up understanding that it's a dance and maybe sometimes you dance by yourself sometimes you dance with each other playful as you're resting feel deeper feel deeper into what you want to be doing now feel deeper into if you want to be more playful right now if you want to be just watching the others on the dance floor for a moment without judging and observing and smiling without thinking about how good the others are dancing and comparing yourself without all of that but just be or maybe you like to join them on the dance floor for a moment for a little bit more time however you're joining or however you're deciding it's up to you either way you're smiling and you're having fun and it's your decision always you are in control at every moment you can decide where you want to go and what you want to experience so reach for the stars if you want to slowly the dance party comes to an end and everybody is saying goodbye to each other understanding that after a dance party is before a dance party and you start to feel playfulness in your goodbyes playfulness in these connections smiles to be exchanged and then slowly start to move your fingers start to move your toes start to move your wrists your elbows your shoulders your ankles your knees your hips your entire body start to move your entire body right now and smile if you haven't already and come back to your body completely i hope this
