I invite you to find a comfortable place to be seated with your feet planted firmly on the ground,
Perhaps your hands gently resting in your lap,
Palms facing upwards.

Go ahead and close your eyes.

Or in a beautiful room where you want to focus on something,
Then do.
This is your time.
Listen to my voice,
I am just the guide.
It is your time,
Follow your intuition and instincts.
But let's begin by relaxing our shoulders,
A gentle inhale and exhale,
Perhaps noticing how your chest rises,
Just noticing.
Let's take three deep breaths together.
When you inhale,
Let's breathe in through our nose,
Noticing the little hairs in our nostrils perhaps,
Noticing how the air warms as it travels,
Feeling the air expand our lungs.
Between each breath,
Let's take a pause to notice the stillness between the breaths.
Right now,
Just notice your breath.
We will breathe together in just a moment.
When you exhale,
Don't force anything.
Allow the air to escape.
Let's breathe together the three times,
Inhaling through our nose and exhaling through our mouth.
Exhale.
Breathe at your own pace,
Noticing how with each inhale,
You might feel your spine get taller,
Stronger.
With each inhale,
Feel the air travel to every cell in your body,
Absorbing that life,
That the air touching your skin,
In the palms of your hands,
On the backs of your hands,
The air touching your arms.
With each exhale,
We're gifting out love,
Peace,
Clarity.
I'd like to invite you to bring your hands to your heart center,
One hand over the other,
Feeling the rise and fall of your chest as you gently breathe.
These words are meant as a gift,
As an intention,
From me to you,
As you are.
Allow those words to sink in.
Bring to mind a person that you love.
Envision their face.
Feel them right in front of you,
And gaze into their eyes,
And say these words to them.
I accept you as you are,
For your heart to be healed of all its pains.
I accept you as you are.
I wish your heart should be healed of all its pains.
I wish you great well-being.
I wish your heart to be healed of all its pains.

With your hands at your heart,
Continue to relax into your own breathing.
Imagine that you yourself are gazing into a mirror,
Looking into your own eyes,
Noticing every detail of your face.
You are a beautiful miracle.
All of the experiences in your life have brought you to this moment.
Gaze into your own eyes,
And repeat these words.

Go ahead and relax your hands back into your lap if they aren't there already.
Relax the palms facing upwards.
Feel your arms relax.
Feel your elbows,
Your shoulders.
Feel your neck relax.
On the next inhale,
With your eyes closed,
Raise your gaze upwards.
As far back as is comfortable.
Feeling yourself get taller.
Feel your shoulders relax back.
And on your inhale,
Gently allow your head to move forward and your chin to relax towards your chest.
Exhaling as you feel a gentle stretch in the back of your neck.
And your shoulders gently relax forward.
Let's take another inhale,
Looking up with our eyes closed.
Feeling a gentle arch in our upper back.
A gentle,
A gentle arch.
And on the exhale,
Allow your chin to rest towards your chest.
Feeling a gentle stretch in the back of your neck.
As your shoulders relax slightly forward.
And your back arches ever so slightly.
One more time,
Inhale and gaze upwards.
Feeling your gaze towards the heavens.
Feeling your shoulders relax back.
And your spine arch ever so slightly.
Allowing your chin to rest towards your chest.
Allowing your spine to arch in the other direction.
And your shoulders to relax forward.
Feel the weight of your head.
Feel the stretch in your neck.
On the next inhale,
Just gently roll your head to the right.
Gently rest towards your right shoulder.
Allowing a gentle stretch in the left side of your neck.
Feeling your left shoulder relax away.
Your next exhale,
Allow your head to roll forward again.
With your chin gently on your chest.
Or towards your chest.
On your next inhale,
Gently allow your head to roll to the left.
Feeling your left ear.
Resting towards your left shoulder.
Allowing the right side of your neck to feel a gentle stretch.
Your right shoulder moving away from your ear.
On the exhale,
Allow your head to gently roll forward.
Your chin moving downwards.
On your next inhale,
Gently come back up to center.
Your eyes closed.
Your face relaxed.
Your shoulders relaxed.
Bring your hands up to your heart center again.
And place your hands in a gentle prayer position.
Palms facing each other.
Shanti means peace.
