This meditation is for the moment before sleep, when the body is tired but the day still feels present. Nothing needs to be reviewed, solved, or processed here. This is a body-based practice rooted in non-interference. There is no visualization, no effort, and nothing you need to change. You’ll be guided to let the nervous system set the day down, without deciding where it goes or what it means. Use this meditation at night, after long days, or anytime the system needs permission to stop carrying what’s already over.

Transcript

Nothing needs to be handled right now.

The day doesn't need to be solved tonight.

Today is already over.

Whatever didn't happen doesn't need to happen now.

Notice what your body has been carrying.

Not to name it,

Not to review it.

Just notice the weight of it.

You don't need to forget the day.

You just don't need to carry it.

Let the body set it down without deciding where it goes.

Notice the exhale.

Each exhale lets something be done.

Not solved,

Just done.

I'm going to speak less now.

The rest can happen on its own.
