This practice is to gain mental clarity.
Reduce stress,
And balance your emotions.
We will begin in an upright seated position.
Close your eyes.
Check that the spine is straight.
And just tune into your breath.
Notice.
The rise and fall.
Of your chest.
As you inhale.
And as you exhale.
Consciously taking this moment to ground yourself.
Before we go into this dynamic practice.
To raise the energy,
Reduce stress.
Balance the emotions and gain clarity,
Mental clarity.
Take a deep inhale.
And exhale out of your mouth.
Do this two more times at your own pace.
You ♪ It's like we're in a mess ♪ Now bring the hands together in prayer pose in front of the heart.
Press your thumbs into your heart center.
Set your intention.
What is it that you are looking for clarity?
What is it that you're seeking for emotional balance?
What is it that you desire for energy?
Or maybe you have another personal intention.
Go deep within.
And put that intention into words.
And feel it in your heart center as you repeat it silently to yourself in your mind.
I've forgotten Lift your hands in prayer pose high up to the heavens.
Release that intention,
Knowing,
Trusting,
And believing as you gently release your hands.
And bring your fingertips down,
Sweeping the aura around you.
With the fingertips coming down to the ground by your side,
Knowing and believing and trusting that everything will unfold in perfect divine time.
So our first posture,
We will begin on our back.

We're going to.

Scissor the feet with the both feet lifted about 12 inches,
About a foot off the ground.
Now,
If you need to,
Like I do,
Support your body by placing the hands underneath your buttocks or your lower back to lift the legs to start the scissoring.
Play with it for a moment as you figure out what posture,
Modification or support will serve you.
And I will set my timer.
And let's begin this long,

And take your legs,
Bending the right knee in first,
And then extend the left leg out as you bend the left knee.
I'm going to set the timer and just wiggle into the posture that serves you.
As you begin your bicycles.
Use your breath.
To carry you.
And allow the breath to come in sync with the movement.
We're moving the energy.
All the way from the root chakra.
To the second chakra.
