Releasing and letting go plays such a pivotal role in the process of manifestation because it serves as a fundamental principle for achieving our goals and desires.

Now this practice involves the detachment from specific outcomes and the surrender of all those deep seated fears,

Those doubts and those preconceived notions that will hinder the manifestation process.

When we let go,

We can create space for new opportunities and experiences to enter into our lives and that allows the universe to deliver outcomes that align with our highest good.

The act of release is not just about giving up on our dreams but rather trusting in the natural flow of life and recognising that sometimes what we hold onto tightly can prevent the realisation of our desires.

Releasing and letting go will also foster a positive mindset that is essential for manifestation because it's shifting the focus from scarcity and limitation to abundance and possibility and that's going to encourage a sense of peace and acceptance in our lives.

It's that mental shift that's crucial as well because the law of attraction suggests that we attract what we focus on.

By embracing a state of openness and receptivity,

We are more than likely to attract the circumstances,

The people and the opportunities that are going to resonate with our intention.

Letting go helps us to reduce the resistance and the emotional blockages that can sometimes impede the manifestation process and that's going to promote a smoother path towards achieving our goals and living a life that reflects our deepest aspirations.

So without further ado,

Let's get into this 10-minute meditation for release and letting go.

Begin by finding a quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably without any interruption.

And I'd just like you to take a moment to arrive here right now.

So close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling your chest and your belly expand and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Just releasing any initial tension from your body.

I want you to set aside the events of today,

Just allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment right here,

Right now.

And as you continue to breathe,

I'd just like you to visualize some roots and they're growing from the base of your spine or your feet,

Extending deep into the earth below you.

With every breath that you take,

Just feel these roots getting deeper and deeper into the ground and they're going deeper and deeper.

And with every breath,

Feel these roots anchoring you.

They're providing stability and support throughout this meditation.

As you breathe in,

Draw up calmness from the earth and as you exhale,

Imagine any tension or stress just leaving your body through those roots,

Traveling down the roots,

Being absorbed by the earth.

Just focus on your breath.

Just notice the natural rhythm of your inhalations and your exhalations.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in that peace and serenity from the air around you.

And with every exhale,

Just visualize releasing any thoughts,

Any worries or any emotions that no longer serve you.

Let go a little more with every breath,

Sinking deeper and deeper and deeper into relaxation.

I want you to imagine that you are standing beside a gently flowing river in a beautiful serene landscape.

Take a moment to look around,

To hear the sounds,

To see all the colors.

In your hands,

You are holding a balloon on a ribbon.

This balloon symbolizes everything that you wish to release in your life.

Although the balloon is normal size,

It contains everything that you wish to release in life.

All your worries are inside of this balloon.

Just take a moment to acknowledge what you are holding on to and what you wish to let go of.

It could be a person,

It could be a situation,

It could be a job,

It could be worries.

Feel those emotions and those feelings bubbling up inside of you.

Feel the weight of how heavy these things are on your life.

And how they are stopping you from doing certain activities or even just holding you back at times.

And although the balloon is floating above you,

Tied to you with that ribbon,

That balloon is so heavy,

So heavy with worry,

So heavy with emotion and feeling.

Now I want you to imagine looking down at the ground and seeing a pair of silver scissors.

As you look at them,

You know that these scissors are going to bring you release.

These scissors are going to cut all that heavy weight so that you can release what no longer serves you and allow yourself to manifest whatever you want to in life.

So reach down and pick up those scissors.

Pop them in your dominant hand.

And when you're ready to,

I'd like you to cut that ribbon and release the balloon into the sky.

And I want you to watch it gently float off.

Notice that it doesn't fly away straight away.

But as it gently floats away from you,

It's carrying all of your burdens,

All of your worries with it.

Now watch it as it disappears,

Feeling lighter inside as it drifts off into the sky.

And it gets smaller and smaller until it's fractionally a tiny dot in the blue sky above you.

Now I want you to turn and look at the sun.

And as you do,

I want you to visualize that warm golden light descending from the sun above.

And that warm golden light is filling any spaces that have been emptied by your release.

And this light and warmth from the sun,

It brings strength.

It brings healing.

And it brings a sense of wholeness.

I want you to feel it nourishing every single part of your body.

Renewing your spirit and opening your heart to new beginnings and new opportunities.

Feel that sensation of all the possibilities that can come your way.

All of these opportunities are now open to you.

Because you have room.

You have room in your life.

You've let go of all of the rubbish.

You've let go of all of the worry and the angst.

You've released all of that anxiety.

Now opportunity can fill those gaps.

And just sit with that feeling for a quick moment.

Making peace with it and knowing that this is your new future.

And now,

When you're ready to,

Just gently bring your awareness back to your body and the room around you which you're sat in right now.

So wiggle your fingers and let go.

So wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Stretch if you need to.

Rock your head from side to side.

And when you're ready to,

You can open your eyes.

And I'd just like you to take a quick moment now to notice how you feel after this process of release.

And I want you to carry this feeling of lightness and peace with you for the rest of the day.
