Find a comfortable seated position,
Either on a chair or on the floor,
With your spines straight and your hands resting gently on your lap or your knees.
Just close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling the lungs completely.
Just hold that breath for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension or stress.
Take a few more deep breaths like this and just allow your body and mind to relax and settle into the present moment.
Begin to bring your attention to the sensations in your body.
Feel the weight of your body supported by the surface beneath you and imagine roots growing from the base of your spine,
Anchoring you to the earth,
Grounding you in the here and now.
With every exhale just let go of any remaining tension in your body.

These could be beliefs about your abilities,

Your relationships or even your capacity to achieve your goals.
Allow these thoughts to come to the surface,
Just acknowledging them as they appear.
And as you start to identify these limiting beliefs,
Try to trace them back to their origin.
You might like to ask yourself,
When did I first start believing this?
Or where did this belief come from?
Whether these beliefs originated in childhood,
From past experiences or even from the influence of others,
Simply observe them without attachment.
Imagine that you are standing in front of a large mirror.
And in this mirror,
You see a reflection of yourself.
But this reflection holds all of your limiting beliefs.
And these beliefs might appear as words,
Phrases or images surrounding your reflection in the mirror.
Just take a moment here to observe what is written or shown there.
Notice how these beliefs have impacted your life,
And how they may have created barriers to your growth and happiness.
Now envision a soft glowing light emanating from your heart center.
This light represents your true self,

And as the light expands,
It begins to dissolve the limiting beliefs in the mirror.
Watch as the words,
Phrases and images start to fade away,
