I am the yin to my own yang part one as you know we all have masculine and feminine energy within us but today's meditation we're going to focus on the masculine energy so I want you to start by getting into a comfortable position you may sit or lie down whatever works best for you I invite you to close your eyes and let's start with some breaths do some deep belly breathing inhale and exhale and let's do three more breaths just like that with our masculine energy we want to work on areas with absurdiveness confidence using your voice to speak up for you fighting the good fight so to speak our divine masculine energy is the key we set boundaries we stand up for what's right knowing when to assert and what battles to pick at any given moment take a moment and reflect on what setting boundaries looks like for you with the masculine energy we are connected to a warmth within us an emotional strength this emotional strength allows us to go on adventures to get out of our comfort zone and to make the changes needed to live the good life we speak our mind and we learn how to take healthy risks we learn how to survive to awaken our divine masculine energy we start here and now right where you are the key is confidence what does confidence look like to you imagine yourself with that confidence standing tall head held high shoulders back and also find individuals with these qualities that you like that you can learn from think about anybody that you know that has a confidence that knows how to set boundaries that speaks out for what is right what can you learn from that person when we look at our divine masculine energy within us we may see it as different archetypes it may be the king the warrior the magician could be the loner the cowboy the intellectual the sergeant the artist the connector the challenger the inventor the island man or maybe any combination of all of the above what resonates with you what type of masculine energy do you have within you as we are awakening our divine masculine energy repeat these affirmations I am a warrior I have self-discipline I see things with clarity and objectivity I am confident I know when to take action what kind of healthy risk can you take and what confidence do you bring when you're engaging in it I am a warrior I have self-discipline I see things with clarity and objectivity I am confident I know when to take action so today right here right now how will you take action take a few moments and envision yourself with the confidence of your divine masculine energy let's take a few more breaths and inhale and exhale inhale and exhale wiggle your toes wiggle your fingers wiggle your shoulders wiggle your neck and when you're ready open your eyes and come back into the room I am a warrior I have self-discipline I see things with clarity and objectivity I am confident I know when to take action
