The Higher Crown Chakra activation with Source and Mother Earth energies.

The purpose of this guided meditation is to activate and maintain the commingled life force energy of Source and Mother Earth.
After the meditation is complete,
You are encouraged to do the integration journaling practices offered at the end.
Open your heart and mind to your higher power.
Get comfortable and settle in and let's begin with a few deep cleansing breaths.
Gently close your eyes.
Relax and begin to melt into your position.
Take a few more deep breaths as you scan your body for any tension that needs to be released.
Relax and release any lingering tension.
With another deep breath,
Inhale allowance and exhale resistance.
Notice that you have a beautiful crown on your head.
What does it look like?
Is its weight heavy or light?
What kind of metal is it made of?
Are there jewels on your crown?
What kind of jewels?
Envision it as beautiful as you like.
Now you feel a shaft of liquid gold-white light streaming down from Source through your crown and into the top of your head.
It's warm and comforting and filled with love.
Your mind is relaxed and filled with clarity.
All confusion and restlessness have disappeared.
As this white light of Source enters your head,
It feels every part of you.
From your head,
It moves into your neck and shoulders.
It drips its glowing liquid down your chest,
Abdomen and arms.
You feel it enter your hips,
Thighs and it flows all the way to your feet.
You feel an exhilaration throughout your body.
You feel yourself vibrating.
It finally bursts through your feet and breaks through the surface of Mother Earth.
In a beam like a laser,
It races through the layers of the Earth and reaches the center,
The very heart of Mother Earth,
Calling her energy to come forth.
Source and Mother Earth co-mingle their energies into a twin energy and begin their ascent up through the layers of the Earth and reach the crust of the Earth.
You feel the Earth tremble.
You feel both energies bursting into your feet.
It feels amazing and you feel your energy rise with excitement and anticipation as it moves up your legs.
As the co-mingled energies reach your root chakra,
They activate the deep,
Rich,
Red-brown color of red jasper in your root chakra.
And it begins to glow and spin in perfect balance.
You feel secure and stable upon the Earth.
You feel completely supported.
All is well.
The twin energies move up into your sacral chakra and it begins spinning with its warm orange glow of carnelian.
Your creativity is activated and you feel safe and secure.
You feel inspired and embody the power of your feminine energy.
Upward again,
The twin energies activate your solar plexus with a golden yellow of citrine.
This chakra is aglow with personal power.
As it spins,
It throws sparks out into the world to enrich others' lives.
Because you have shared your power,
Others are finding their own empowerment.
You sense a powerful shift in the world's energy.
Now that you are fully empowered,
It moves upward into the beautiful pink heart chakra of rose quartz.
It is such a soft,
Tender color of pink and it spins with the harmonious glow of love for all.
You almost weep with the love you feel in your heart.
It feels so expansive,
As if your chest will burst open.
This love feels delicious.
Moving up into your throat chakra,
It activates the pale blue of blue lace agate.
The softest blue of a pale sky.
It loves spinning as you give yourself permission to speak your truth with grace and love.
It is so much easier to speak and use your voice as your throat balances.
It flows from you like a nourishing river.
You hear soft tones of love flowing from your throat.
People are gathering just to hear the wisdom you are sharing.
Your voice is healing everyone who hears.
Ah,
The energies arrive at your third eye chakra.
It enlivens the chakra with the richest blue of lapis lazuli.
You see the world clearly.
There is no haze of competition,
Jealousy,
Prejudice,
Or worry.
Fear and doubt have completely vanished.
There is only clarity of vision.
It feels glorious to relax and trust your intuition fully.
Still upward,
The glow moves into your crown chakra with the most dazzling purple of amethyst.
It spins and glows in perfect balance.
You know you are one with source.
Your connection with source is stable and your thoughts are pure and unconditional love.
There is no deviation,
No wavering.
You feel satisfied and eager.
More life is calling you.
As the twin energies burst through your crown chakra,
They move into a swirling,
Glowing ball of the crystal clear quartz brilliance of source and the rainbow colors of your earthly chakras.
They have co-mingled their energies,
Physical and eternal.
And rest just above your crown in your higher crown chakra.
What do you notice about these twin energies?
Do they have a texture?
Is there a fragrance?
Are there sparks or flashes of light energy emanating from their glow?
Do you feel warmth or coolness?
Are there symbols swirling in the mix?
A key,
The infinity sign,
Or perhaps sacred geometrical shapes?
These are signs of nature itself.
Maybe there are magical,
Mystical creatures in the fairy realm.
Notice everything you can about this swirl of energy.
As they glow and swirl with brilliance,
They cast so much light that there are no shadows.
It's as if you are glowing and causing others to glow around you.
The light permeates everything and everyone around you.
It's a rainbow of light and colors swirling and bouncing here and there.
It's a kaleidoscope of colors and you want to share its beauty.
You feel so alive and aligned with Source and that they have a message for you today.
You ask,
Source,
Do you have a message for me?
Mother Earth,
Do you have a message for me?
Then you listen and receive the message.
Just listen for a while and allow any message to come through.
Continue to breathe and in an attitude of openness and willingness to hear your message.
Listen and breathe.
Continue to listen and breathe.
Once you've heard your message,
Thank the twin energies and allow them to remain above your head,
Above your crown,
In your higher crown chakra.
They want to stay with you.
They are the power that you leverage every day.
They will never leave you.
So no matter if your head is up or down,
If you look to the right or the left,
Source and Mother Earth energies are still with you,
Giving you the balance of energy that will sustain you and assist your evolution.
Know that they are securely in place in your higher crown chakra to guide you.
Smile and feel the gratitude welling up inside you.
Take three more deep final breaths,
Thanking this energetic life force for its support and guidance,
Knowing that it is always there for you.
When you are ready,
You may wiggle your fingers and toes to signal to your body that you are returning to the present moment as you open your eyes,
Remember the glow of swirling,
Powerful,
Colorful energies that support you every moment.
Carry this potent energy with you throughout your day.
