Snippets of Wisdom Don't act yet.
Wait for inspiration.
How well do you accomplish tasks when you're feeling negative emotions?
Do you see yourself as efficient and productive when you feel bad emotionally?
No?
I didn't think so.
Sometimes it's better to step back,
Breathe,
And get back to feeling better before you continue working on something.
When you push through a task during times of negative emotion,
That energy is working against you.
This was a thought I jotted in my journal.
Never act when you have negative emotions.
Feel better,
Then follow the inspired action.
When we act while enduring negative emotions,
We activate more things to match that negative feeling.
Wouldn't it be better to take a break,
Distract yourself with something pleasant,
Reach for relief,
Feel better,
And then see if you feel the inspiration to return to action?
Pushing through energy is detrimental to our emotional well-being.
It's pushing through and trying hard to motivate ourselves.
Motivation energy is draining and exhausting.
We're trying hard to get ourselves to do something we're simply not up to doing.
When we step back and regain our happy alignment,
We are open and ready to receive inspired action that will be much more powerful and impactful.
And it won't feel so hard.
There will be more ease and flow.
And isn't that what we would all prefer when we set out to do a task?
What's the rush?
If you don't feel you have the time to regain your alignment,
This is exactly the right time.
It's more powerful to wait for the inspiration to act because you will accomplish more in less time and probably more efficiently in your productivity.
Hooking up with the power that creates worlds is the answer.
And you'll only find that when you align with who you really are as love and joy embodied.
You know you don't feel loving and joyful when acting during moments of negative emotions.
That's the dead giveaway.
You can only feel the love and joy of who you are when you're aligned with your inner source of all power.
That powerful energy will surge through you and inspire you to act at the right time,
Doing the right thing in the right way for your highest good.
Give yourself a break and get into alignment before you ever take the next action step.
Big hugs,
Marianne.
