I'm so glad you're here.
Before we begin,
Let's take a moment to acknowledge the part of you that's seeking peace,
Clarity,
And trust again.
Even just showing up is an act of bravery,
And you are not alone.
Now let's start to settle in.
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or laying down,
And gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
And exhale through your mouth with a gentle sigh.
And again,
Inhale peace,
Exhale stress.
Begin to feel the weight of your body supported beneath you.
Notice the places where your body meets the floor or seat.
Allow yourself to be held right here,
Right now.
Now bring one hand to your heart and the other to your belly,
And feel the quiet rhythm of your breath,
A reminder that life is always moving through you,
That even when things feel uncertain,
You are being supported.
With your next breath,
Silently repeat,
I am safe.
I am supported.
I trust the unfolding of my path.
Now gently bring your mind to something that feels out of your control.
Something you've been gripping tightly,
Maybe with worry,
Fear,
Or resistance.
And without judgment,
Just notice it.
Feel into the weight of carrying it,
And ask yourself,
What would it feel like to soften my grip,
Even just a little?
Take a breath in,
And as you exhale,
Imagine releasing just 5% of that weight,
Letting the universe hold it with you.
You don't have to let go of everything right now,
Just enough to breathe again,
To open the door to possibility,
To trust that what is meant for you will never miss you.
Inhale,
Feeling spaciousness return,
And exhale,
Feeling resistance dissolve.
On your next in-breath,
You can bring your hand to your heart space and repeat to yourself,
I trust that the universe is working in my favor.
I can feel at peace now.
I surrender the need to control and open to guidance.
Let these words become an anchor.
Trust isn't about knowing how it all works out.
It's about knowing that no matter what happens,
You will find your way.
This is all guiding you towards something better.
Take one more slow breath in,
Hold it at the top,
And release,
Letting go of what you no longer need.
As we begin to close,
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Slowly bringing movement back into your body.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Carrying with you this grounded trust in the unseen.
You don't have to have it all figured out.
You just have to keep showing up.
Keep breathing.
Keep trusting.
The universe is holding you.
You've got this,
My friend.
