In life there are two things going on at all times facts and stories.
Facts are things that are really not debatable,
Like.
.
.
I'm standing next to a cactus.
I have a hat on.
I'm wearing a blue top.
I have blonde hair.
These are facts.
There might be a person or two in the world that may debate that,
But generally speaking,
They're non-negotiables.
They're facts.
And at the same time,
We have stories about those facts.
One of my stories is that this is my magic hat.
Right.
I also have a story that you might be thinking this is such a profound.
Learning.
But just as easily.
I could have the exact same facts.
But a story that.
.
.
I'm not so sure what people think about me in this hat.
Or.
.
.
Is this going to resonate?
I don't know.
When you truly get to experience freedom in your life,
It is as a result of knowing the difference between facts and stories and changing the story so that it serves you.
Notice what would be different if I was telling myself I'm not so sure if this is going to resonate.
Or what you might think of my hat.
Versus the story of.
.
.
This is my magic hat and I know this is making a difference.
At any moment you can separate those facts from stories.
Forgive yourself for the stories that are unkind or not serving you.
And then choose again,
Choose a story that will.
At any moment in life,
You can pause,
Notice.
And make a new choice.
As easy as it is,
And it's the quickest way to having a life of freedom.
Remember,
Facts versus stories.
Choose your stories wisely.
You got this.
