This is a short guided practice to open your heart center, the 4th chakra: anahata. Opening your heart center will allow you to raise your energetic vibration and step into unconditional love and compassion. You can do this exercise as many times as you'd like to open your heart. Namaste.

This is a meditation to open your heart center,

Located in the middle of your chest.

This is an energetic point in your body,

Represented by the fourth chakra,

Also called anahata.

When we open our heart center,

We tune into a higher energetic frequency,

The frequency of love.

You can do this meditation as many times you wish during your day,

When you feel like opening your heart center.

We're gonna start by finding a comfortable seat.

Gently closing your eyes.

Relaxing your physical body.

Relax your head.

Relax your face,

Your throat.

Relax your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your arms.

Your hands.

Relax your hips,

Your legs and your feet.

Now take your awareness into your heart space,

Located right in the middle of your chest.

Notice how it feels,

If it's open,

Acknowledge it.

If it's in resistance,

I want you to deeply acknowledge it.

Now start opening your heart center like a lotus flower,

Opening its petals up to the sun.

Now you're gonna connect with your happiest memory.

Whatever memory comes to your mind,

Connect with that memory and the way you felt.

Now start visualizing a vibrant green light in the middle of your chest.

Start expanding that light from the middle of your chest and taking over all of your body.

Taking over all of the space around you and surrounding you with this beautiful,

Warm,

Bright,

Gentle,

Compassionate and loving green energy.

Notice how that energy feels on your field,

How it feels to expand your heart center and embrace yourself with that energy.

Now you're gonna start bringing your awareness back to your body,

Back to the environment you're in and you're gonna start to gently move your toes,

Your fingers and when you're ready you can gently open your eyes.
