Energy Clearing And Balancing Meditation

Hello and welcome to this chakra or energy clearing meditation.

This meditation is helpful for releasing any stagnant,

Stuck energy and resetting your energy field,

Finding alignment in the chakras or energy centers from the root or base of the spine all the way up to the crown and into the auric layers surrounding your energy field.

I recommend that you do this meditation first thing in the morning,

But anytime you feel you need to reset and clear your energy,

This can be a helpful tool.

Go ahead and find a comfortable seat,

Either sitting upright or if you prefer lying down,

As long as you find a straight spine.

Sometimes it's helpful to have a cushion beneath the hips to elevate the spine even further.

If it feels safe to do so,

Allow the eyes to close or just find a soft gaze in front of you.

Start by imagining the base of your spine and its connection to whatever is beneath you,

The floor,

The bed.

Start to breathe into this space,

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth.

Two more times,

Inhaling and exhaling,

And again,

Inhale and exhale.

Continue to breathe with that intention and start to visualize that a root,

Like the root of a tree,

Is starting to form from the base of your spine and there are also roots growing from the bottoms of your feet.

They start to make their way down into the earth below you,

Moving through the many layers of soil,

Rock,

Water,

Moving past roots of other plants and trees,

Mycelia,

Making their way down past the magma and into the center of the earth.

Those roots then wrap themselves around this crystal core.

Feel that anchor and feel that you are supported.

Continue to breathe and start to inhale from the center of the earth,

Nourishing,

Life-giving energy.

Imagine that each inhale is drawing up whatever you need and each exhale is an opportunity to release something you don't need.

As you continue this breath,

Imagine that your body is filling up with this healing,

Supportive energy until your entire body is filled with divine light.

Start to shift your attention to the base of your spine.

Start to visualize an energy center.

Maybe it's the color red.

Maybe you just sense right at the base of your spine,

At the perineum.

Breathe into this space,

Clearing,

Cleansing,

Balancing energies and cells at the root chakra.

I will continue to instruct these energy centers to clear and balance and we'll say some affirmations that you may repeat out loud or silently.

Simply receive and imagine each energy center is receiving exactly what it needs.

So at the root,

We're clearing out,

Cleansing,

Balancing energies and cells.

I am safe.

I am rooted.

My needs are met easily.

I am at home.

I am financially,

Physically and spiritually secure.

Now we'll start to shift our attention to below the navel,

The sacral chakra.

Maybe you notice or see orange.

Whoever you see,

These energy centers is exactly right for you.

Start to breathe into this space and cleansing,

Balancing energy and cells here in the sacral chakra.

Front and back.

I embody my sensuality and feel with ease.

I surrender to the flow and create with ease.

It is safe to feel.

I feel pleasure balanced in my gut.

If you have a womb or identify with that,

Your womb is protected and held.

Now start to bring your attention to the space above your belly button.

Imagining or seeing a golden ball of light or energy here.

The solar plexus.

Cleansing and balancing the cells here in the solar plexus chakra.

Front and back.

My personal power.

I take right action in alignment with my values and my truth.

It is safe to embody my power.

I manifest the reality I desire.

Breathe.

Throughout this meditation,

Remember to breathe.

Now begin to notice the heart space.

As you breathe into this area,

Imagine or feel the energy.

Perhaps the color green,

Magenta or bright pink color.

Clearing out the old cleansing,

Balancing energy cells in the heart chakra.

Front and back.

I trust in love.

It is safe to give and receive love.

I am worthy of the love that I desire.

I give and receive mutually conscious,

Loving,

Kind,

Respectful,

Balanced,

Nourishing,

Supportive love.

That is emotionally intelligent and honors my heart.

Begin to notice the space at the base of your throat.

See or sense blue energy or light here.

Clearing out the old cleansing,

Balancing the energies and cells in the throat chakra.

I speak my truth with clarity and confidence.

It is safe to speak my truth.

I give and receive mutually conscious,

Loving,

Kind,

Reciprocal,

Honest,

Respectful,

Open hearted and consistent communication.

Now start to shift your attention to the space between the eyebrows.

A little bit above the eyebrows.

Beginning to see or feel an indigo ball of energy.

Clearing out the old and cleansing,

Balancing the energies here at the third eye chakra.

I trust in my inner knowing.

It is safe to know and to see.

My intuition guides me exactly where I am meant to be.

My intuition grows stronger each day.

Breathe deeply.

And exhale out.

Continuing up towards the crown of the head.

Begin to notice the top of the head.

Maybe visualizing a lotus or other flower with many petals or another image or symbol.

Maybe of sacred geometry.

Begin to feel the energy here.

Clearing,

Cleansing and balancing the energies at the crown chakra.

All the way from the top down.

I receive clear,

Loving downloads from spirit or source.

I am connected.

All that is.

I am aligned with my highest spiritual path.

Breathing in and out.

Start to notice the space a few inches above the crown of the head.

Where the eighth chakra is.

Clearing out and cleansing,

Balancing energies here in the eighth chakra.

Clearing out any energies,

Limiting beliefs,

Old stories,

Programs,

Past life,

Traumas,

Conflicts that are no longer in alignment with my highest self.

Thank you for the learning.

You must leave my energy field and never return.

Take a deep breath in.

And exhale.

Letting it fall to the earth.

Not the Akashic records,

The book of life and the book of knowledge of anything that is no longer needed.

Calling in expansive,

Nourishing,

Supportive beliefs,

Stories.

Any gifts or abilities from past lives or timelines that now serve my highest self or the collective's greatest good.

Breathing that in.

Start to notice the space a couple of feet above the crown.

Imagining,

Feeling the ninth chakra.

Clearing out,

Cutting cords,

Completing any contracts with those that are no longer in alignment with my highest self or the collective's greatest good.

Breathe in.

And out.

Now transmuted by the highest form of divine light,

Alchemized by the earth's healing energy.

I align with mutually conscious,

Reciprocal,

A divine partner,

Start to imagine energy at the back of the neck,

The base of the head.

Clearing out the old cleansing,

Balancing energies in the eleventh chakra.

Clearing out any old,

Stagnant,

Residual energy.

Anything that is not mine to carry.

Healing energies at the eleventh chakra.

And finally,

Start to shift your attention to the energy around your entire physical body,

Energetic field,

Where your twelfth chakra and the auric layers of your being exist.

Clearing out the old,

Stagnant energy here.

Balancing,

Cleansing at the twelfth chakra and the auric layers beyond.

Clearing out toxic,

Stagnant energy.

Alchemized by earth's healing energy.

Start to imagine that from all of these energy centers,

From the first through the twelfth,

You can imagine or visualize the energy creating an arc,

Reaching outside of your body,

Back down to the base of your spine in a torus shape,

Like an energetic donut.

So imagine you can anchor all of these energies that are now into the tenth chakra,

Located below your physical body in the earth.

Start to visualize anchoring all of these aligned energies,

Anchored into the earth,

The tenth chakra.

As I'm recording this,

There's starting to be a thunderstorm and rain outside.

So the earth is supporting this cleansing.

Imagine that this rain is showering over your field and that you've been washed clean.

These frequencies are now anchored into the tenth chakra in the earth grid below.

Now begin to visualize a pure,

Protective light surrounding your entire aura.

Again,

Anchoring that into the tenth chakra as well.

Breathe.

We'll quickly go through the chakras once more,

Just solidifying what we've reset,

Beginning at the base of the spine,

I'm rooted and safe up towards the sacral chakra.

I embody my sacred sexuality.

I surrender to the flow and create easily up towards the solar plexus chakra.

I embody my personal power and truth,

Manifesting the reality I most desire.

I give and receive mutually conscious,

Reciprocal love.

I trust in love.

Throat.

It is safe to speak my truth.

I give and receive clear communication.

Third eye.

It is safe to know and see.

My intuition grows stronger each day.

Crown.

I'm supported by my guides.

Eighth chakra.

I allow expansive,

Nourishing beliefs,

Gifts,

And abilities that now serve my highest self and the collective's greatest good.

Ninth chakra.

I align with mutually conscious connections.

Eleventh and twelfth chakras.

I invite nourishing,

Healing,

Supportive energies at the eleventh,

Twelfth chakras and the auric layers beyond.

Anchoring all of these frequencies now into the tenth chakra and earth grid below.

Protected by divine white light surrounding my energy field.

Anchoring this all into the tenth chakra and earth grid below.

I place both hands to touch at heart center.

Breathe into this space,

Inhaling and exhaling.

We'll close with an om.

Breathing in.

Allow the hands to release gently.

Opening the eyes if they're closed.
