Hello friends,

We're here for our daily affirmation,

Inspiration,

And mindful journaling prompt.

Today we're on inspiration 357.

I create prosperity easily and effortlessly.

Believing in your ability to attract wealth and success,

You open yourself up to the opportunities and possibilities that surround you.

Trust in the abundance of the universe and know that you are worthy of receiving all the blessings that life has to offer.

Cultivate a mindset of gratitude and abundance and watch as your life becomes filled with joy,

Prosperity,

And fulfillment.

Your thoughts and beliefs are powerful tools that can change your reality.

So choose to focus on the positive and let go of any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.

The universe is conspiring to bring you all the prosperity and success you desire.

The one thing that's jumping out to me today with this is the phrase your thoughts and beliefs are powerful tools that can shape your reality.

It's true.

If you believe something to be true,

You're going to do your darndest to make that actually true.

And the universe is gonna help you along the way.

If you say something like,

Oh I always get this wrong,

Or oh I'm so dumb,

Guess what?

You are going to keep getting it wrong and you're going to keep feeling dumb.

When I was a coach at Weight Watchers,

We called this negative self-talk and the idea was to switch that up,

Turn it right on its head,

Get rid of that talk,

Get rid of it.

So instead of saying,

I always get this wrong,

Perhaps it's I need more time to learn how to do this.

Or instead of being dumb,

You need to just throw that right away in the trash.

To say I am smart and intelligent.

Now the trick here is that if you don't believe it,

That can actually backfire on you.

I would suggest doing some mindful journaling.

If those are statements,

If you have a statement like that,

That you say regularly,

I would pull out your journal,

Use your mindful journaling technique,

And ask yourself the question,

Why do I think and feel that I always get this wrong,

Or that I'm dumb,

Or pick whatever it is that you want.

And then start journaling.

If you're using my mindful journaling method,

It will cut right through the and I'm not saying that you're gonna have it all figured out in the first go,

You're not,

Or it's unlikely,

But you may be surprised at what comes up for you in your journaling.

Your mindful journaling prompt for today is,

What are some actions that I can take to attract more abundance and success into my life?

Well I would definitely say the journaling will help.

I would also say if you catch yourself saying things like that,

Stop.

Catch yourself when you're saying it.

Stop right in that moment and turn it around.

Say something different.

Say something positive.

Turn it into positive statements.
