Welcome to this guided meditation session.

Today we'll focus on shielding and cleansing your energy field for negative influences.

In our busy lives,

We often encounter various energies that can affect our own,

Leading to stress,

Anxiety,

And a sense of imbalance.

It is crucial to regularly cleanse and protect our energy field to maintain our mental,

Emotional,

And spiritual well-being.

This guided meditation will help you create a shield of protective light around you,

Ensuring that you remain centered,

Balanced,

And free from negative entities.

Please find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed for the next 10 to 15 minutes.

Ensure you are seated or lying down comfortably.

Take a few deep breaths,

Allowing yourself to relax and let go of any outside distractions.

Close your eyes and begin to visualize a wave of relaxation flowing over your body,

Starting at the top of your head.

As this wave passes over your forehead,

Feel the tension easing,

Muscles relaxing.

Allow the wave to continue downwards,

Over your eyes,

To the top of your head,

Nose,

Cheeks,

And jaw,

Releasing all the stress and any tension.

Now let this wave continue to move down to your neck,

Shoulders,

Flowing down your arms,

All the way down to your fingertips.

Feel the relaxation spreading through your chest,

Stomach,

And back down through your legs,

All the way down to your toes.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.

Now I want you to visualize yourself standing at the top of a beautiful staircase with 10 steps.

With every step you descend,

Feel your relaxation doubling,

Taking you to a deeper state.

I will count backwards from 10 to 1.

With each count,

Take a step down.

10,

Stepping down,

Feeling more relaxed.

9,

Deeper,

Deeper,

Deeper,

And deeper.

8,

Doubling your relaxation.

7,

Moving down,

Feeling calm.

6,

Deeper still.

5,

Halfway there,

Fully relaxed.

4,

Peaceful and at ease.

3,

Deeper,

Deeper,

And deeper.

2,

Nearly there.

1,

You are now deeply relaxed and calm.

Now that you are in a deeply relaxed state,

I want you to visualize a bright,

Protective light surrounding you.

This light,

Glowing with a warm and radiant energy,

Serves as your shield,

Purifying your energy field.

Feel this light surrounding your entire being,

Growing stronger,

Brighter,

And more powerful with each breath you take.

Imagine this protective light pushing out any negative entities,

Energies,

And thoughts that you may have.

Feel this light pushing out any negative entities or influences.

These negative entities have no power within this light.

They are gently but firmly removed from your energy field and dispersed into nothingness.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

You will feel the energy in your body.

Feel the protective light cleansing every part of you,

Your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

Visualize this light filling your heart with love,

Compassion,

Your mind with clarity and peace,

And your body with vitality and strength.

This light restores balance,

Bringing in peace,

Harmony,

And positive energy.

Affirm to yourself that you are free from all negative influences and fully in control of your energy field.

Imagine now that this protective light not only surrounds but also penetrates every cell of your body.

See it dissolve any residual negativity that may be lingering in your system.

Visualize this negativity as a dark cloud that is being evaporated by the intense brilliance of your protective light.

Picture this light extending beyond your physical body,

Forming a sphere of protection that encompasses your entire space.

Within this sphere,

You are safe,

Secure,

And free from any external negative influences.

Repeat these affirmations,

Feeling their truth resonate throughout your being.

The protective light around me actively dispels and removes all negative entities from my energy field.

I am in control of my energy field.

Every cell in my body is free from negative entities and influences.

My heart and mind are fortified against negativity.

I attract only positive entities into my life.

My resilience strengthens my ability to repel and overcome any negative entities.

I am worthy of love,

Health,

And happiness,

Free from any negative spiritual influences.

I trust in my protective light and embrace the future.

I am growing stronger each day,

Evolving beyond the reach of negative entities.

My protective light radiates positivity,

Dispelling negative entities,

And uplifting those around me.

And now,

I want you to gradually bring your awareness back to the present moment,

Still feeling the protective light surrounding you.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Gently bringing movement back into your body.

I will count from 1 to 5 to help you come back fully alert and refreshed.
