Sit or lie in a comfortable position,

Take a deep breath in and exhale fully.

Every time you breathe from here on out,

I want you to breathe in light and relaxation and exhale any tension or stress.

Do this for a few moments.

Feeling good,

Feeling more and more relaxed with each breath.

I want you to imagine a light surrounding you,

A light from the universe filling up the room.

From ceiling to floor,

With each breath,

More and more light surrounds you.

As you inhale,

I want you to imagine breathing in this universal light into every cell of your body and as you exhale,

Any negative thoughts,

Feelings,

Stress or tension releases.

Breathe in light and breathe out negativity.

Feeling good,

Feeling relaxed.

Now I want you to bring your attention to your head area,

Your head,

Neck and shoulders.

Just move your head a little bit,

Being fully aware of this area.

Now breathe in the light,

Feeling its healing light saturate your head,

Neck and shoulders and exhale releasing any tension that might be in these areas.

Breathe in light,

Exhale tension.

Feeling your head,

Neck and shoulders relax with each breath and breathe.

Now bring your attention to your chest and arms.

Be aware of any tension that might be stored in this area.

Breathe in that universal light and exhale that tension.

Long deep breaths of light into your chest and arms and exhale all the tension,

Good.

Now bring your attention to your stomach,

Hips and groin area.

Just breathing in the light into this area and feeling it heal and cleanse as you exhale all the negative stress and tension releases.

Breathe in the light long and steady and breathe out the tension.

Feeling good,

Feeling relaxed.

Now bring your attention to your legs,

Your calves and your feet.

Pinpoint any tension in this area and breathe in that light.

Feel it fill up your legs,

Your calves,

Your feet,

Your toes and release all the tension.

Feel all the tension just leaving your body.

Feeling good,

Feeling at ease and just breathe.

Whole body is feeling so relaxed and so good.

I want you to now imagine that you're in nature.

Skies blue,

The air is sweet,

Birds are chirping.

You feel safe in this place.

It can be a forest,

It can be a beach.

Wherever you feel safe and relaxed,

Just imagine yourself surrounded by nature and breathe.

And as you take in your surroundings,

I'm going to count from 1 to 20.

And at the count of 20,

You will be in a deep relaxed state.

Feeling relaxed.

Deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Completely relaxed,

Completely at ease.

You are now in a deep relaxed state.

I want you to imagine a door in front of you.

Just stand in front of this door for a moment and breathe.

On the other side of this door is the home you love and wish to live in.

It can be your existing home or your dream home.

But when I tell you to walk through the door,

You will walk into the home of your dreams with every detail manifested and real.

Open the door and walk through now and breathe.

What do you see in your home?

Just take a few moments and look around this beautiful place you have created for yourself.

Walk around.

Is there art on the walls?

What kind of art?

What does your kitchen look like?

What is in the fridge?

I just want you to take the next few moments walking through your dream home,

Paying attention to every detail.

Have fun with this.

Go through your drawers,

Take a look at your closet,

What's in the driveway.

Now go explore your home,

Feeling so good and so excited with each breath.

Wherever you are now in your home,

I want you to imagine another door appearing before you.

Stand in front of this door for a moment and breathe,

Feeling so good.

On the other side of this door are all the people you love to spend time with.

The people that make you feel good.

They can be people you already know or people you have not even met yet.

It can be one person or one thousand people.

But on the other side of this door are people you love and that love you.

It can be in the most perfect setting of your choosing.

Take a deep breath and 3,

Walk through the door.

See your loved ones there,

Greet them,

Embrace them,

Pay attention to them,

To the details of their smiles,

Their energy.

Take a few minutes now and be around your loved ones in this perfect setting.

Speak with them,

Laugh with them,

Be there in this place and feel the love radiate and breathe.

Feeling so good.

Now in this beautiful place surrounded by those that you love,

Let them know you'll be stepping away and imagine another door before you.

Just stand in front of this door for a moment.

On the other side of this door is your creative space,

Your dream vocation or pastime.

The space and inspiration for which you create or build or give to yourself and the world.

It can be anywhere and any way you can imagine.

But imagine it,

Your greatest creations being created,

Whether creating a Fortune 500 business or a cocktail.

On top of a mountain or in a studio,

Just take a deep breath and in 3,

Walk through that door.

Feeling so good.

Where are you?

What do you see?

What can you feel?

What can you smell?

Are there people or are you alone?

Wherever you are,

Fill this place with your light.

Take a few minutes now and imagine you creating in this space,

Feeling inspired and connected.

Pay attention to the detail.

Have fun.

Breathe.

Now imagine in this place a door appears before you.

Stand in front of this door for a moment and breathe.

On the other side of this door is something you are able to do for another.

Another person or another group,

A community.

Something you are able to give with love.

It can be something you buy for someone or it could be your time and attention.

This is you being of service.

Whatever it is,

In a moment walk through this door and allow it to present itself to you in 3,

And breathe.

Who is there?

How are you able to be of service?

I want you to be in this place for a few minutes and carry out the task of giving in your most grandest form.

Something that makes you feel so good and make those around you feel so good.

And breathe.

Feeling so good and so at ease and so connected to your most blessed life.

I want you to now imagine a door appear.

Stand in front of the door and breathe.

On the other side of this door is a mirrored room.

The mirrors will allow you to look into your soul.

Open the door and step through.

Take a deep breath and stand before the mirrors.

You are glowing in the reflection.

You are healthy and strong.

You feel so good and connected to your most blessed and wonderful life.

Gaze deep into the reflection now and say thank you.

Take a deep breath and exhale.

And another.

Take a deep breath in and exhale completely.

Now look deep into your reflection again and say to yourself I love you.

Take another deep full breath and allow your reflection to give you any advice,

Any information or any instruction that will help you to connect more and more to your dream life.

The mirror now in front of you turns into a door that opens up and brings you back to your outdoor space.

To your place in nature.

Feeling so good.

In this outdoor space you feel new,

You feel connected,

You feel trusting and you feel knowing.

Take a deep breath in and I'm going to count from 1 to 10 and bring you back to the present moment.

Feeling so good and so connected.

9 and 10.

And again wiggle your toes,

Wiggle your fingers fully present and excited to step into your new life now.
