Hello,
And welcome to this guided meditation.
As we begin,
Please find your most comfortable position.
Keeping in mind this meditation is best enjoyed while sitting or laying down.
Hands can rest lightly on your knees or by your sides.
If you're in a safe environment to do so,
Never while driving or operating machinery,
I invite you to close your eyes.
Bringing your hands to your chest in a prayer position,
Creating space between the fingers and the palms,
About two inches or so of space between the hands.
And begin to picture a white light beginning to grow and form between the palms of the hands.
And then slowly begin to expand the hands away from each other,
About shoulder distance apart with the palms facing each other.
Witness that ball of light glowing and growing stronger,
Glowing into a bright orb being held between your hands.
This spinning,
Glowing,
Beautiful orb of light,
This is the light of your being.
This can be a white or yellow glowing orb,
Like the sun,
Or it can be blue or green.
Whatever color you picture it to be is correct.
Then I want you to grab a hold of this orb and energetically pull the orb into your body.
Pulling it in and integrating it into your chest.
The light is warm and comforting.
It is soothing and it calms you.
This light now in your body and in your heart space begins to flow throughout the body.
Up,
Up and through the chest,
Down into the abdomen,
Down through the legs,
Through the thighs,
The calves,
The ankles,
The feet and the toes.
This light flows into the arms,
Through the shoulders,
Biceps,
Forearms,
Wrists,
Hands and fingers.
This light begins to flow up through the neck into your head.
This light radiating out from the body,
Glowing from the inside out.
The light of your being glowing.
This light filling you.
If you haven't already done so,
You're welcome to place one hand on the heart and the other hand on the stomach if it feels right.
Feeling this light glowing and growing even more intensely with each inhale.
This light begins to flood the space not only inside you,
But around you.
Flooding the space around you like an aura.
So when you inhale,
You are also inhaling this beautiful glowing light.
Inhaling this healing,
Loving light.
As you inhale,
The light glows more brightly.
Feeling more of this healing light,
This healing breath.
This light grows and grows.
Inhaling this healing light and exhaling anything that no longer serves you.
Feeling holding you back or weighing you down.
It releases with every exhale.
Allowing the mind to be completely in the moment.
Immersed in this moment.
Feeling this light to radiate out through your pores.
Healing the inside of you.
Healing any wounds.
Relaxing any stress.
Relaxing any tension.
Relaxing your muscles.
Relaxing your jaw.
Feeding the body good energy.
Feeding the body love and light.
The light of your own being flooding the body with love.
Hugging you.
Cherishing you.
If you'd like you can extend this light as big as you want.
This light beginning to glow and grow as big as the room.
Enveloping anyone who's near.
This could be your partner,
Your pets,
Your children.
Healing them and sending them love.
Allowing this light to grow even more.
This light enveloping your house.
Healing your home.
Flooding your home with light.
Imagining this light flowing to and illuminating everyone you love.
Everything you love.
Imagining your city,
Your country,
This world.
However large you wish to make this ball of energy,
That is the right answer.
Even if it stays with just you.
Loving you.
Embracing you.
Not too much thought needs to be placed upon this.
Coming back into this moment,
This light can still be glowing and healing everything it touched.
But bringing our attention back into the body.
Back into ourselves.
Seeing this light glowing from the inside once more.
This light flowing to all parts of us.
Our lungs.
Our stomach.
Our muscles.
Our bones.
This healing light flowing.
Relaxing us.
Illuminating us.
Flowing to every part of us.
This light letting us know we are safe.
We are calm.
We are held.
We are relaxed.
We will now begin some affirmations.
You're welcome to repeat them silently into yourself or out loud if you're in a safe environment to do so.
Or you can just listen alone.
I am loved.
I am relaxed.
I am seen.
I am heard.
I am here.
I am healed.
I am content.
I am whole.
I am enough.
I am cherished.
I am joyous.
I am at ease.
I am loved.
I am relaxed.
I am seen.
I am heard.
I am here.
I am healed.
I am content.
I am whole.
I am enough.
I am cherished.
I am joyous.
I am at ease.
Staying in this moment,
Focusing on our breath and the subtle sounds around us,
Such as the fan or the wind.
Whatever noises or sounds you're experiencing,
Not labeling them as good or bad,
But just simply is.
Just simply allowing them to exist in this space.
Focusing once more on the breath.
Feeling that light that surrounds you.
And exhaling anything that no longer serves you.
Knowing this light is here to call on anytime you need.
Anytime you need.
This light resides within you.
As you.
