Megan Shirey is a yoga instructor, certified in Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Techniques (MBSR). With the use of meditation, affirmations, and yoga, she has brought about her own profound healing and transformation that she seeks to share with the world. Megan has suffered from anxiety and panic attacks and is here to share, through the power of guided meditations, breathwork and affirmations, what she's learned on her journey toward greater healing and peace. Thank you so much, Megan! I have been doing 4-7–8 breath for years, it is my most effective breathing technique. I've had many teachers here and elsewhere guide it, and Megan is one of the very best! I was extremely disappointed to hear that she may be leaving this platform due to tech issues that she hasn't been able to get resolved along with Insight Timer staff. I hope IT will reach out to her and do more to get this fixed. Thank you!
