Megan Shirey is a yoga instructor, certified in Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Techniques (MBSR). With the use of meditation, affirmations, and yoga, she has brought about her own profound healing and transformation that she seeks to share with the world. Megan has suffered from anxiety and panic attacks and is here to share, through the power of guided meditations, breathwork and affirmations, what she's learned on her journey toward greater healing and peace.
