Hello beautiful soul.
Please find your most comfortable position.
If you're sitting,
Your hands can rest lightly on your knees.
If you're laying down,
Your hands can rest lightly by your sides.
And I invite you to close your eyes as we begin a four,
Seven,
Eight breath.
We will inhale for a count of four.
We'll hold the breath at the top of the inhale for a count of seven.
And we'll exhale for a count of eight.
And we'll do that four times.
If at any point while you are guided,
You feel the need to inhale or exhale before you are prompted to do so,
Please do so.
We are always honoring our own bodies.
To begin,
Drinking in our first deep breath and exhale completely.
Now inhaling for four,
Three,

Returning to normal breath and begin to bring your awareness to the body and where you may be holding tension and allowing those places to soften with each exhale.
Relaxing the jaw,
Allowing the teeth to part but the mouth stays closed.
Noticing the shoulders,
Neck,
And back.
Giving yourself permission to relax.
Allowing the shoulders to relax down to the floor.
Allowing the back to relax.
And now we'll repeat some affirmations.
You can repeat these either silently into yourself or out loud if you're in a safe environment to do so,
Or you can just listen along.
I am safe.
I am calm.
I am at peace.
I am free.
I am joyous.
I am at ease.
And when you're ready,
I invite you to drink in another deep breath.
Inhaling deeply and exhaling completely.
Gently opening the eyes and coming back to the present moment.
Coming back to greet your day.
May you be joyous and at ease.
Namaste.
