Welcome.

I invite you to take this moment to arrive.

Let the world around you soften for a while.

Give yourself permission to be here,

Just as you are.

Whether you're seated or lying down,

Find a posture that feels supportive.

Allow your body to begin to settle.

Allow your breath to begin to slow.

There's nowhere else to be,

Nothing to do,

Just this,

Just now.

And with your eyes closed,

Draw your awareness inward.

Notice your breath,

Not changing it,

Simply witnessing.

With every inhale,

Feel yourself drawing into spaciousness.

With every exhale,

A softening,

A letting go.

Behind your eyes,

Imagine the horizon,

The place where every day begins and every day ends.

See the colors of that horizon,

A dance of shapes and light.

Feel the freedom in that scene.

No judgment,

No ego,

No fear of being seen.

Just being,

Just beauty,

Just presence.

And in that freedom,

Something begins to stir,

A peeling back,

A revealing.

The layers of who you've had to be,

The armor you've worn,

The comfort and discomfort you've known,

All of it gently softening,

Falling away.

And beneath it,

Flowers bloom,

Birds sing,

And the wise butterfly emerges.

No longer a caterpillar,

But something entirely new.

You,

Too,

Are transforming.

And if you listen,

If you quieten and attune,

You may sense it,

Your truth,

Your purpose,

Your soul.

Call it what you will,

But feel the knowing that it is here,

Within you,

Waiting,

Like a patient teacher,

Waiting for you to uncover the next step,

The next truth,

The next remembering.

For you are on a never-ending journey,

And yet you are already home.

Allow that truth to settle into your body.

Allow it to land gently into your heart.

Take a slow,

Steady breath in,

And a long,

Releasing breath out.

And allow yourself to linger here for as long as you would like,

In the quiet,

In the remembering,

In the spaciousness of your becoming.

And when you feel ready,

Invite gentle movement back into the body.

Roll your shoulders,

Gently reawaken your senses.

There's no rush.

Trust the timing of your return.

And as you move forward from this practice,

May you carry the softness of this space,

The truth of who you are,

And the knowing that you are already whole.
