Good morning.

Welcome.

I'm so glad you've chosen to start today with this meditation.

Every morning is a chance to begin again.

To pause.

To breathe.

To arrive fully in the present moment.

Take this moment to settle into stillness.

Whether that's lying down or in a comfortable seated position.

Let your body rest.

Feel the ground beneath you.

Feel the breath within you.

Notice what it's like to be here.

Right now.

Just as things are.

As you breathe in,

Sense the newness of this moment.

And as you breathe out,

Allow yourself to soften to it.

Imagine this morning as a fresh canvas.

A blank page.

An open field waiting for your footsteps.

No matter what yesterday or last night held,

This moment is untouched.

It belongs to you.

As you sit here,

Notice the sensations of this new day.

The air on your skin.

The sounds around you.

The gentle energy of morning.

Each inhale,

A reminder of presence.

Each exhale,

A reminder of release.

And if your mind drifts into the future or into the past,

Gently guide it back to the now.

To this breath.

To this moment.

You might silently repeat to yourself,

I am here.

I begin again.

This moment is enough.

Let these words ground you,

Like roots settling deeper into the earth.

Embrace them with a slow breath in.

And an easy breath out.

And allow your chin to gently lower towards your chest.

A subtle bow of gratitude to this moment.

To the simple act of beginning again.

Invite a gentle smile to your lips.

Feeling the steadiness of presence within you.

This space is yours for you to spend some time in.

Staying connected to what's in the here and the now.

And when it feels right for you,

Allow your eyes to slowly open.

Guide yourself back to your space with calm and openness.

Allow yourself to carry this presence with you.

Fresh.
