Transcript

Find a comfortable position where you can settle for the next minute with eyes soft or closed.

Take a deep breath in,

And a calm,

Slow breath out.

Let your shoulders soften,

Allow your jaw to relax.

There's nowhere else you need to be.

Allow yourself to be held by this moment.

Presence with your inhale,

Mindful with your exhale.

Rest here a little longer,

If you'd like.

And when you're ready,

Step gently back into your day.

A good grounding moment. Always time to touch base if only for a minute and that minute connecting to those before and those to come.
