Let's take a moment to arrive.

So sitting comfortably exactly where you are right now,

Just starting to take some deeper inhales and exhales,

Getting settled into our space,

Breathing in through our nose and out through our mouths.

Just like that,

In through our nose and out through our mouths,

Knowing that the most important thing to do right here,

Right now is to be present in this moment,

Continuing to breathe in through our nose,

Filling up and out through our mouth,

Grounding into the space,

Into this moment together.

Taking one final inhale and on your final exhale,

Just settling in to the space and this time together.
