Hello and welcome to day 11.

Ask yourself how you're feeling today as you're getting comfortable in your seat or if you're lying down that is.

So today we are going to practice a manifestation meditation.

We'll see how that resonates for you.

We'll actually be using some techniques that we practiced several days ago,

Bringing back our visualization and we're bringing it back to focus on what we were trying to manifest for ourselves.

So when we think about manifesting,

Start to maybe maybe dive deeper into yourself,

Thinking about the goals that you have in your life,

What you want to achieve,

Things that you want to bring into your reality.

And I do want to preface that this does not need to be some grand old big life goal,

Right?

It could be really small.

It could be something that you're just trying to invite into your reality,

Whether that be peace,

Joy,

Happiness.

Maybe you want to invite more flow.

Or on the flip side,

Maybe it is that job,

That career that you've always imagined for yourself,

That way of being,

That life that you see for yourself.

That is what we are going to focus on today.

Whether it be something macro and big or really small,

Just allowing that to come into your awareness now.

I do want to take one moment to recognize that whatever it is that you are trying to manifest is not selfish.

Together we set an intention of understanding for ourselves that anything that is good for you is good for everyone around you.

I'll repeat that.

Anything that is good for you is good for everyone around you.

So with that,

As we're getting comfortable,

Let's begin to take the deepest inhales and exhales we have all day.

Breathing in through our nose,

Filling up our lungs,

Feeling that cold air entering through our nostrils.

And then taking a big sigh on your exhale.

We'll do that two more times.

As always,

Just settling the body as we transition into our meditation,

Finding that mind-body connection,

Inhaling.

And then exhaling.

As soon as your exhale finishes,

Immediately inhaling again.

Feeling your lungs expand as they fill up.

And then exhaling.

And just closing your eyes gently now.

As soon as you close your eyes,

Noticing what's coming up for you.

Not resisting any of the distractions,

Not resisting any of the thoughts or the emotions.

Just bringing it into your awareness as part of this present moment.

Knowing that at any point when a thought comes in,

When a distraction takes you out of our manifestation visualization,

That's okay.

We'll just recognize that together today.

We'll continue building that muscle.

Inhaling here.

And then exhaling normally.

And taking a very short body scan of grounding today.

However you're seated or lying,

Just begin to imagine yourself starting at the tips of your toes,

Scanning up your body,

Checking in on your feet,

Your ankles,

Your calves,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

Just filling up your awareness,

Noticing your hips and how they're resting.

Moving up your fingertips through each hand,

Wrist,

Forearm,

Elbow,

Your arms and shoulders.

Maybe you also start to feel the breath in your belly,

The moving sensation as you scan up through your stomach and into your chest.

Continuing up through your collarbones into your throat and then entering your face here.

And seated in your space,

Start to visualize,

Bring into your attention a screen in front of you.

Not spending too much time on what the screen looks like,

Whether it's a TV or even you're at a movie theater and it's a big screen.

Just watching yourself here.

And on that screen is a path.

Bringing that path into your awareness as you're just watching a movie.

The main character in this movie that's walking on this path is yourself.

Allowing that.

Inhaling here.

And then exhaling.

Watching yourself walking on this path.

And as you're watching yourself,

Bringing into your awareness that goal,

That state of being,

That invitation for yourself.

What is that that you're trying to bring into your awareness,

Into your reality?

Bringing that to your attention right here,

Right now.

And as you bring this into your awareness,

You also see in this movie it becoming to show up here.

You begin to embody that goal as if it is right here,

Right now.

Being achieved in your current reality.

How do you feel watching yourself?

You're continuing to walk on the path.

Watching yourself as you walk on this path.

Embodying this achievement,

This goal,

This state of awareness,

The state of being.

Allowing yourself to feel the sensation and what it feels like to actually be there.

Tapping into what it feels like.

You're walking on this path.

You're envisioning all of the people,

The places,

The environment that allows you to live in harmony with this achievement or this thing that you're trying to manifest.

You're no longer trying.

It's just here.

How do you feel now that you've received this?

How do you show up?

What is your day-to-day like as you're walking on this path,

Living this reality,

Completely envisioning yourself here?

If your mind wanders off,

Slowly recognizing,

Noticing,

Bringing it back to the sensation of yourself,

Walking on this path,

Looking around you,

Living this life that you're manifesting,

Feeling it tangible right in front of you.

This is your current reality.

You're no longer watching the screen.

You're no longer watching the movie.

You are in the movie now.

You are the main character that's walking on the path.

This is your current reality.

Feeling the power around you,

The magic that you're creating.

As you're walking on this path,

You begin to turn around.

You look over your shoulder and you see the path that you've been walking on.

This is your life.

This is your journey.

Looking at how far you've come,

Smiling at yourself,

Allowing gratitude to come in here.

As you turn around,

Looking in front of you at the rest of your path,

Inhaling together here,

And then exhaling to let go and trust in your divine timing,

In your path of your life.

This way of being is here.

This is your current reality.

And just feeling,

Allowing that energy to flow through you.

You are so powerful.

You are so abundant.

And you are a miracle.

Taking another deep inhale,

And then exhaling as you begin to travel back into your body,

Feeling the weight pressing down.

And before moving,

Just slowly fluttering your eyes open,

Still seeing if you can connect to the sensation of this manifestation meditation.

And if you're feeling called here,

I invite you to get a pen and a piece of paper and to journal for the next few minutes.

Write down what you saw,

Write down what you were manifesting,

Write down how you felt feeling this achievement,

This goal in your reality.

And thanking yourself for cultivating the energy that you need to attract this in your life.
