
Day 5 - Evaluate

Day 5 (of 30). Today is about evaluating what’s working and what’s not working and reflect on how you are doing. No-one said you had to get it perfect the first time, maybe something needs to be adjusted or changed. Permission to make changes so that you are always setting yourself for success! Even though we are doing a 30 day sprint right now, there are parts of this we do want to carry over after the 30 days A big part of success is being able to check in with yourself and adjust along the way to make it sustainable. Its important not to get stuck in rigidity or have-to's that aren’t working…you must be committed and flexible!
