Transcript

Take three deep breaths in through the nose,

Out through the nose.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Breathe in.

Let it go.

You find yourself on a beach.

You notice the weather feels just right.

You look up at the sky and it's absolutely beautiful.

You find a lovely spot to sit and rest.

You squish your toes in the warm sand and get comfortable.

You notice small waves as they lap up by the shore and you can smell the salt in the mist as it tickles your nose.

In the skies in front of you,

You notice a seabird.

The bird flies close and circles around and says,

You will soar to great heights.

You will soar to great heights.

There is a gentle breeze and you make circles in the sand with your fingers.

And as you do,

You notice a small crab appears.

You laugh as he scurries close and hops on your feet.

He tells you to always remember to explore.

Always remember to explore.

He jumps down and walks sideways away.

You chuckle.

You notice a big splash in the sea.

An adorable seal with a face like a puppy appears.

She dives deep and comes back to the surface.

And you notice how easily she swims.

She says,

When the waters get rough,

Flip over and float.

You watch as she bobs on her belly and flips over on her back.

When the waters get rough,

Simply flip over and float.

Around her,

You notice an amazing pod of dolphins.

They swim in close and say,

Remember,

There is joy in being playful.

There is so much joy in being playful.

You notice as they jump up and twirl and dive back down.

Together they swim away.

You lay back in the warm sands and notice how peaceful you feel as you begin to drift off to sleep.

Take one deep breath in through the nose and exhale with ahhh.

You may feel the same way.

You you
