Welcome to the Healing Your Past meditation.
Let's start by taking a few gentle breaths.
Nice deep gentle breaths,
Making sure you're nice and comfortable and relaxed wherever you are.
And as you breathe,
Just allowing your breath to slow down,
Breathing in and out.
And each breath is gently bringing you deeper into a wonderful feeling of relaxation.
Each breath is naturally helping you slow down your heartbeat and your breath.
Gently,
Gently feeling more and more relaxed.
And as you breathe,
Visualize the number five,
Big,
Bright number five,
Beautiful number five.
Behind number five is beautiful white light.
And as you breathe now,
The big,
Beautiful number five starts to dissolve and fade away into the light,
Allowing you to go deeper into a healing,
Relaxing place.
And now you see a beautiful,
Big number four,
The light behind it.
And number four starts to dissolve into the light.
And as it does,
Noticing yourself just naturally feeling more and more calm and relaxed.
And as you breathe now,
Feeling that wonderful transformational healing energy starting to flow through your whole being with each breath.
And now see the number three,
Beautiful big number three.
And as number three starts to fade into the light,
You notice yourself getting even more relaxed,
Such a beautiful feeling.
A warm,
Calm feeling flowing through your whole being,
Melting into the light.
And whatever other sensations you might have or thoughts that come in the mind,
They just take you deeper into this calm,
Healing place of complete relaxation.
As you see the number two,
You notice how wonderful,
Beautiful,
And relaxed you're feeling.
And seeing that big,
Beautiful number two fade away into the distance,
Into the light.
And now number one,
Noticing how relaxed and safe and secure you feel.
Seeing that beautiful,
Big number one,
And noticing that naturally fading into the light,
Disappearing.
And as it does,
You enter into the deep state of healing and transformation.
You're now in a place of deep healing where healing and freedom,
Transformation,
And purification can naturally and easily take place.
And now just bring into your mind a scene or a situation that you're not proud of,
That you'd like to release and let go.
A memory that you'd love to clear away,
So it's no longer lingering,
No guilt and shame,
And just back to complete healing and peace within yourself.
And just imagine that scene as if you're watching a movie,
And just see whatever happened,
Whatever you did,
Whatever happened,
Whether it's yourself or other people involved,
Just notice it like you're watching a movie on a screen.
It's happening over there,
And just notice the event,
How you felt,
How you felt at the time,
And how you felt later on.
And behind this screen is a beautiful,
Bright,
Peaceful light,
A healing light,
And the scene just dissolves,
Dissolves away into the light.
The edges start to fade,
And you start to notice it floating away,
Feeling lighter and lighter as it disappears.
Feeling lighter and lighter as it disappears into the beautiful light,
Beautiful peace and calm.
And as you now try to bring that memory back,
Again noticing it's a bit different,
A bit lighter,
More vague.
Some of the definition is missing because this is a memory in the past,
Like a dream.
Did it happen?
Did it not happen?
You try and remember this memory as if you're looking at it on a screen far away.
Notice how you felt,
Trying to remember what happened afterwards.
And now you notice that whole scene fading,
Disappearing,
The edges fading into the light,
The whole thing floating away into that beautiful light.
And as it floats away,
You feel lighter and lighter,
Healed and relaxed,
More and more with each breath,
With each moment.
Noticing your breathing maybe gets deeper as you release this old burden into the light.
And again,
Try to bring this memory back,
Whatever it looks like now,
Like an old dream.
Trying to remember how you felt,
What happened,
How you felt at the time,
How you felt later.
The whole scene is coming into your awareness in some form,
Like a distant memory,
A distant dream you once had many years ago.
Maybe it was real,
Maybe it was a dream,
Maybe it wasn't real,
Maybe it was real,
Maybe it was something you saw somewhere else,
You're not sure anymore.
But you just notice it.
And noticing it disappearing,
Fading,
Dissolving into that beautiful light,
That feeling of lightness and peace as it fades away.
As it fades away into the far distance.
And again,
Bringing your awareness to how wonderful you feel,
How healed you are,
That healing energy is flowing through you gently and calmly.
And now try and remember this memory,
If there's any remains of the feelings or the images of the last time,
Bring any remaining pieces into your awareness.
As you're ready to heal and completely release and move on,
And noticing any remains just floating away for the last time,
Disappearing completely.
It never happened,
It's far away.
It's an ancient dream happening in another universe millions of years ago.
Noticing it disappearing completely and totally,
And all remains are dissolved from your brain,
From your heart,
From your mind,
From your body,
Are dissolved from your brain,
From your mind,
Completely freed and healed in this moment right now,
As you breathe and relax.
And just noticing what is new and better in your feeling state right now.
Feeling healed,
Transformed so much later and later.
You can smile.
And we take a moment just to get ready to keep this good feeling in your body as you come back,
Remaining relaxed and happy and free.
As we count from three to one.
Three,
You're feeling better and better,
Just gradually bringing your good feelings into your body.
And at two,
Noticing the energy coming back,
Noticing your eyes open slightly,
Smiling a little bit.
And at one,
Feeling absolutely refreshed and wonderful and light and free.
You're completely free to have a new life,
A new experience.
You're grateful to be alive,
Feeling lighter and lighter,
Ready to enjoy your freedom and your new life.
