So to begin,

Just breathing in and out deeply and gently.

And as you do,

Just allow yourself to be moving closer to your sacred center.

Now I'm just letting go,

Allowing yourself to be right here in this moment.

Now allow yourself to empty the contents of the world out of your mind.

As if all the content of the world just drains away,

Falls away.

All the images,

Situations,

Memories,

As if you turn it upside down and everything just falls out and fades away.

And as it dissolves and fades and disappears,

You return back home to the eternal,

Beautiful light.

And as you settle into your home space,

Direct the focus inwards.

Concentrate your attention on the point in your forehead where you,

The soul,

Reside.

There's a shining light behind the eyes.

Continue to breathe.

Breathing in and out deeply,

Letting go.

And as you do,

See this shining,

Luminous being of light that you are.

Seeing this beautiful,

Shining light behind your eyes.

Smiling,

Shining,

Completely relaxed.

And remind yourself,

I am peace.

This is my true essence.

This shining light that I am is free from conflict.

I am serene,

Relaxed,

And still.

And inside of me,

There's a deep sense of calm and contentment,

Completely undisturbed by thoughts and emotions.

Completely relaxed and at peace.

Remind yourself,

I am peace.

Within me,

There is a deep sense of calm and contentment.

And contentment.

Take a moment just to reflect and visualize upon living inside this light of peace that you are.

Envision this powerful light of peace emanating from within you naturally and easily.

Just notice how it would feel to express this pure endless peace in your relationships.

How would this peace and living in this peace transform your connections and interactions with others?

Just imagine yourself connecting with people from this place of constant peace.

And noticing what is new and.

And now,

Consider the experience of infusing your daily actions with this profound sense of peace.

How would it feel the way you approach your life when you come from this place of peace?

How can this peace change how you take on your tasks and responsibilities?

And as you imagine this wonderful peaceful life,

Take a few more moments and just be in your inherent natural state of peace.

You feel completely connected with your innate peaceful nature.

And you realize that each time you focus on peace and give it your attention,

You are nurturing one of your most essential qualities.

Embrace this peaceful energy and allow it to be with you throughout your entire day,

Wherever you go,

Whatever you do,

You are an embodiment,

Constant,

Endless,

Lots of love and blessings and have a beautiful,

Beautiful rest of your day.
