Exercise your emotions.
Feel your feelings.
Honor all of them.
Let go of the judgments of your emotions.
These are good emotions.
These are bad emotions.
That's judgment.
And when you judge your emotions,
You weaken your power to create and manifest.
There's no negative emotion.
There's only constricting emotions that tighten to get your attention.
They feel uncomfortable,
But they're there to say,
Pay attention,
Slow down,
Don't go too fast.
They're not bad.
And there's expansive emotions,
Love,
Joy,
Peace,
Happiness.
Emotions expand and they contract.
When you know that's their nature,
They're not negative.
But because of the chauvinism that represses the feminine,
The feelings,
The emotions,
We tend to judge them as good and bad,
Right and wrong,
Positive and negative.
Let go of that.
See them as expansive and contracting.
It's kind of like saying breathing in is good and exhaling is bad.
You need both.
You need to breathe in and out.
Emotions are constricting and expansive.
Let them be that.
Let go of your judgment.
Embrace and be honest with how you're feeling.
If you're angry,
Feel it,
Express it,
Release it responsibly,
And then let it go.
Don't harbor it and repress it and depress it and judge it because that only corrodes the container it's held in,
Your body,
Your mind.
