During this magical Thursday evening guided meditation will help you align your energy during your sleep to accelerate healing and improve the guidance from your Soul. You will quickly release the stress you have gathered throughout this day. This meditation will improve the quality of your sleep and begin refreshed the next morning. Note: Since most of you will be listening as you fall asleep at night, I give you the option to count yourself back from 1 to 5 if you choose to return.

You're coming to the close of today,

Thursday.

So find a comfortable position as you prepare to go to sleep this evening.

Take a few moments to check the position of your body.

Become very conscious,

Become very aware of your body and its position,

Lying still and making any final adjustments so that your body is ready to sleep,

Is ready to rejuvenate,

To restore itself during your sleep.

And behind your closed lids,

Take in a long,

Slow,

Deep breath.

That's it.

For tonight is a night to dream,

To dream of the future you would desire to create.

To imagine yourself shortly drifting into a future experience,

A future you desire to manifest.

Perhaps that future will be in the near future or perhaps down the road many years from now.

Know that tonight,

As you focus on dreaming,

Consciously dreaming of the future you desire and generating the feeling of having that future,

Of having that outcome right now,

You will align yourself into the destination that you dream.

You will align yourself in the activities between today and that future event so that you draw and create that experience into your life.

Einstein said that imagination is more powerful than knowledge and it is the imagination or the dreaming the solutions to your problems,

Not quite knowing how you resolve those problems but dreaming them resolved,

Dreaming the outcome of what you would like to experience,

The changes in your life.

So to relax now and to let go of the day,

I want you to take in a deep breath and as you exhale,

I want you to imagine you're exhaling bubbles,

That's right,

Sensing these tiny bubbles coming out of your mouth like a fish in water as you exhale,

Blowing out the bubbles,

Blowing away the doubts,

The fears,

The concerns,

The frustrations,

If there's any inside of you,

You breathe in gently and easily and then as you exhale,

Let go of these little tiny bubbles,

Little tiny thoughts and feelings,

Letting go and you watch the bubbles as they float from your mouth,

They begin to pop,

Watch the bubbles pop.

As you breathe now with no bubbles coming out,

As your breathing is clear,

You've released any pent-up energies from the day,

Your breathing is smooth,

Easy,

Quiet,

Still,

Still,

Your brain and your mind slow down,

Your mind and your brain slow down,

Slow down,

Slow down,

Your brain and your mind slow down and as you lie there quietly,

Gently,

Let yourself dream,

Let yourself open your imagination which contains all of your inner senses,

Your inner sense of smell,

Of touch,

Of taste,

Of visualization called sight or of hearing.

Let your imagination sense you in the future,

Connecting with the future self who already has something you desire,

Who has already achieved the success,

The happiness,

That financial security,

That spouse or relationship,

Whatever you desire,

Let yourself now drift into the future,

Connecting with the future that has already manifested that which you desire.

Drift as I leave you now to imagine,

To generate the feeling of having exactly what you want right now as you drift and relax.

Drift,

Dream.

Continue dreaming into the night,

Dreaming of the future you desire,

Giving it energy and attention as it is the last thing you are focused upon as you drift deeper and down deeper into your subconscious mind,

Allowing your subconscious mind to help you create the dream you desire.

Drift,

Dream,

Sleep.

If you would like to return,

Quietly count from one to five and you may return,

Otherwise ignore the suggestions and continue drifting into the dream of your future.

Sleep well.
