This healing meditation will allow you to meet your inner child at various ages (can use this meditation for multiple events and ages for your inner child aspects). The meditation allows you to feel and release emotions and also integrate the inner child aspect if you feel ready. This deep healing occurs in layers so trust yourself and where you're at during the meditation. Highly recommend journalling afterwards. I hope this serves your healing journey.

This inner child journey has been created to allow you to release any blocked emotions from different ages at the root cause at the different aspects of your unintegrated inner child.

When you feel ready close down your eyes and take some long slow breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Continue breathing this way so that you can allow yourself to drop into the body starting to move your nervous system and your body into a state of relaxation.

When you breathe out imagine that you are breathing through a straw and really lengthen the exhale.

When you breathe in through the nose make sure that it's slow and gentle but that the exhalation is much longer.

See if you can make the exhalation as long as possible.

If you notice any tension in your body just allow it to dissolve allowing any tension in your body to release every time you exhale.

Every time you exhale you breathe out a little more tension.

You might like to scan your body starting from your forehead and around your head and face the jaw scanning for tension and breathing it out through the breath.

If any other tension comes up in the body breathe it out allow it to dissolve and melt away.

As you breathe you're dropping deeper into the body,

Deeper and deeper allowing the body to grow heavier,

More and more heavy.

All tension dissolved,

Any tension from your belly,

From your back melting away.

And we are going on a journey to meet an aspect of your inner child today.

We have multiple aspects of our inner child still within us,

They are always within us.

Some are healed and integrated and others still need our inner parenting,

They still need our love and integration.

When we have inner child parts unhealed and unintegrated we can often continue to feel stuck,

Looping,

Unable to move forward with something and unable to truly feel worthy and to love ourselves.

So let's now journey to an aspect of your inner child at the youngest age that you can remember where your needs did not get met.

Journey back to your past,

Floating above your past where some event took place that you know still needs your parental attention now.

Allow your unconscious mind to lead the way here.

What is the first event that your unconscious mind takes you to?

Float all the way into the past,

Hovering above this first event,

This first age.

Now allow the images,

Any thoughts and information and emotions to rise to the surface.

Looking at the images from a distance floating above,

Receiving any information,

Any knowings and feeling if there are any emotions that are coming up.

Take note of how old you are,

Take note of what is taking place,

What's happening around you and how is your younger self going down there.

If you feel that you would like to travel down to your younger self and connect with them,

Go ahead,

Move gently down to the event and connect.

If you don't feel like you want to travel down that is perfectly okay,

That might take place at another moment that you complete this meditation.

For now you can hover above and just connect with them from this level.

If you decide to travel down just know that this is a perfect opportunity for you to connect with your inner child,

Allow them to communicate with you,

Allow them to tell you what is happening for them.

If you can feel any emotions,

What are you feeling and take notice of where you feel them.

Allow each emotion to surface,

Allow them to come up,

Feel them in the body and really lean in,

Go into them,

Feel this energy.

An emotion is simply energy that needs to be in motion,

It needs to move through the body.

If the emotion is stuck it's not serving you and it's not moving so going into the emotion to really feel it and see if you can feel it as intensely and as long as you can until this emotion either flows up and out of you or starts to reduce.

Leaving the body,

You can send this emotion out the feet or out the crown and ask Mother Gaia to transmute this energy for you and ask your soul to feel the place where this emotion was with higher aspects of your light,

With higher codes,

With more of your higher consciousness.

If there is anything that you would like to say to your inner child,

Any wisdom that you feel needs to be passed on to them in your more mature,

Wiser,

Experienced age,

Feel free to do that now.

Nurture them,

Support them and hold space,

Being the inner parent that you're now able to be.

Now ask your inner child if they would like to stay in this event or be integrated into you.

If they wish to stay that's perfectly fine.

Know that you can visit them whenever you like.

If they wish to integrate into you,

Start to do some slow deep breathing into the lower belly and up to the heart,

Into the belly and up to the heart,

Taking your time with this and allow them to fully integrate into you to take them out of this event.

Because as you breathe you're sending a beautiful ray of light representing unconditional love from your heart,

Flooding it into theirs.

Keep breathing and sending light until they become smaller and smaller,

Until they become so small they eventually can merge into your heart completely.

Now it's time for you to come up out of the event as well.

It's now time to return back to the present moment,

Coming fully back into your body.

While you do this,

Taking your time and keeping your eyes closed,

Slowly,

Gently come back completely into the body,

Into the room.

Re-experience the feeling of your fingers and toes and feel into them,

Wiggling fingers and toes and start to bring other movement back to the body now.

When you feel ready,

You can gently open your eyes,

Coming fully back into the room.

When you're ready to get up,

Have some water to allow the energy to really land and journal about what happened.

Also remembering to write down any of the learnings that you may have received.
