There is a profound saying that goes,
Your wound is probably not your fault but your healing is your responsibility.
This session will take you through two processes that merge into self-responsibility for your healing to move into forgiveness and transcendence.
Forgiveness is a process we move through for the benefit of purging energetic distortions with another.
This also includes ourself when we're doing self-forgiveness work.
It helps to alleviate emotional blockages and to shift us further along our spiritual evolution and deep healing.
Genuine forgiveness alleviates distorted entanglements that we hold to a person who has hurt us.
If somebody has hurt us they need to take responsibility for that action,
That is their karma.
However we can take responsibility to change our behavior patterns that have resulted from the emotional pain and traumas.
Therefore doing the forgiveness work does not alleviate their responsibility,
We do it for the benefit of our own healing.
Transcendence is the state of rising above our emotional wounds and traumas so that we are no longer operating from the ego wound patterns.
We may have fully processed the situation and what has occurred,
We might have even understood the soul experience on a higher level,
But if we have not ceased the patterns of behavior that result from our trauma then we haven't transcended it fully.
There is still an attachment playing out.
One of the reasons we are always working through layers is because of this reason.
Our healing calls for us to continue to drill down to the older programming of our ego patterns that keeps us reacting and sabotaging ourselves.
Traits such as people pleasing,
Over sensitivity,
Taking things too personally,
Hyper criticism of self and others can stem from a broader core wound and these are stored in our energy centers but also in our physical bodies such as our fascia,
Our muscles,
Organs,
Bones and some of it can even be carried down through the ancestral line.
So I'm going to invite you to find somewhere you can be undisturbed for at least a good half an hour and I also would like to invite you to set the space as a sacred space.
This might be at your altar,
You might like to just light a candle very mindfully,
Heartfully and have a journal ready.
Sitting down is preferred because this is an active session and just prepare by coming into your heart space as we open a sacred container.
Great Spirit come be with us during the sacredness of this deep healing session.
We ask your blessings and support in creating a sacred container of safety and love.
Honoring the sanctity of the four elements we call in North,
The element of air,
The breath,
Life to come forward and support this session.
We call in East,
Fire for purification and renewal.
Please come forward and support this session.
Next we call in South,
Water,
Cleansing and flow to come forward and support this session.
And we also call in the West,
The element of earth to provide grounded embodiment.

We will also be working with divine frequencies of Kuan Yin,
The goddess of compassion,
Rhiannon the Welsh goddess of forgiveness and mercy and Miao Shan the princess of mercy.
We call in these frequencies of compassion to purify our intentions and to help us resolve any conflict we are currently holding within our ego and to support our sacred container of healing and forgiveness,
Of up leveling and transcendence.
We request your blessings of infinite love into the sacred healing space of which we are creating here.
Coming into the body,
Dropping in,
Making a conscious decision to set aside all thoughts and worries.
You might like to visualize placing them to one side out of the way and then you can move your awareness down to the heart chakra,
Allowing the heart to expand,
Consciously expanding the heart by starting to breathe into this area.
Consciously start to breathe into the heart center,
Really slowing down your breathing.
Nice long slow breaths,
Slow breaths,
Lengthening out the inhale and the exhale,
Creating a little pause between the breaths and as you deepen your awareness of your breath you are allowing yourself to more deeply attune to your body through your breathing,
Thereby deepening your connection to your body,
Letting go of any mind chatter,
Expanding the heart.
For this session we allow ourselves to feel what needs to be felt so the emotions and the feelings can flow through our body so we can release,
Surrendering to bring to the surface what is ready to come forth.
Now expanding out from the heart chakra,
Visualize,
Imagine or intend for a bubble of rainbow light to grow,
Expand out from your heart chakra,
Keep growing this bubble of light,
An opalescent rainbow energy from deep within the source of your being.
Allow this light to continue growing until it covers your whole physical body and keep expanding it out until it envelops your entire energy field.
Send the bubble out as wide as you need it to be,
It can even take up the whole room if you wish.
This bubble of rainbow energy is from the source within you,
From God's source,
Great spirit.
It is a very high vibration,
Very protective,
Keeping your energy field strengthened while you undertake this deep healing work and it will create a safe buffer of energy that will support you as you complete this session.
Now with a focus in maybe a hand on your lower sacral and one on your heart,
Set your intention on either a person or a situation that you would like to move into forgiveness with and as we attune to our session ahead we call in the loving radiance of Kuan Yin,
Riannon and Mao Shan to support you lovingly in this process.
Bring in to the inner screen of your mind's eye an image of this person or this situation that has created hurt within your life.
It could be a person that you would like to forgive,
Allow their energy to be released from your field by starting this process.
If the image of the person holds too much pain,
Ask for their higher self to come through or if potentially they have already passed from this life their higher self or the inner child can come to you instead.
Working with the higher self and the inner child allows compassion to be cultivated within your heart and it allows the heart to open more and more and of course we want to ensure that we do not create any further emotional pain,
We wish to only clear and release what already exists.
If the forgiveness work that you're doing is for yourself,
Self-forgiveness,
Then bring an image of yourself or the situation that you want to work on forgiving.
If it is yourself or a situation that you took part in that you're working on,
You can bring your higher self or your inner child.
Ask the person or their inner child or higher self or yourself if there is anything that needs to be shared with you,
Any learnings and understandings that you would need to know to help you move forward from the situation,
Anything that is going to give you a higher perception to increase your consciousness around this situation and with your journal write down without thinking just whatever you learn just write it all down and you can go over that a bit later.
If you feel a blank here and nothing's coming through that is okay just feel the energy and just feel what you're feeling.
Spend time with the person,
With yourself,
Allowing your heart chakra to continue to widen,
Bringing in more compassion,
More release.
If there are any emotions that need to be expressed do so and sit with those emotions,
Allow the energy to flow.
Take as long as you need for that section,
Make sure that you have released,
Expressed all emotions.
When the information,
The learnings complete,
Bring down intend or imagine for a beautiful shimmering violet light into the field of the higher self or the inner child of the person you're working with,
Into the one that you wish to forgive and allow this light to dissolve any residual cordings,
Ribbons or threads of energy,
Anything that's continuing to entangle between you and that includes if it is yourself,
Just bring that light through your own being,
Bring in as much light as you feel is needed to dissolve what needs to go.
Send all the light particularly to the lower three chakras where the pain body and ego wounds and traumas tend to reside,
Clearing all density,
Lovingly bringing in this very healing light.
Moving into the transcendence phase of this session now.
Transcendence means a full release from victim consciousness and ego patterns that don't serve your highest evolution.
Transcendence allows us to keep the learning and the expansion but releases the lower attachments that keep us playing small in some way.
So now is a time to sit and reflect very honestly with yourself,
With your journal,
What patterns have been a kind of default or sabotaging pattern that you have been using or been maybe not even too conscious of as a result of the trauma or the painful situation that you have just forgiven.
So these are patterns that come from our ego parts,
Their coping strategies,
Defense strategies and they definitely don't serve our highest consciousness,
They act as a result from our emotional woundedness,
Our trauma responses.
You might only have one,
Whatever it is you might have one or ten,
Write them down and be really really honest.
It could be around addictions,
Manipulations,
Playing small,
Not being seen and these could also start to come about as limiting beliefs as well.
A certain intention from the light of your heart that all attachments to this issue,
All stories from the situation or any other situation where there are ego or fear patterns of behavior that you need to transcend can start to be released.
So the healing can start to be integrated into your life.
Bathe yourself in the shimmering violet light,
The soft pinkish violet light.
Intend for your whole being to be wrapped in this divine loving energy and while you're in this beautiful feeling of divine love,
Enjoy the experiences and take the time that you need to note anything down,
Any inner realizations that come as soul learning.
Some questions you might like to ponder are,
What experiences did my soul learn from the situation and what did the experience offer to me as an opportunity to master in this lifetime or potentially resolve from previous incarnations?
You can pause the session and take as much time as you need here,
Giving thanks to the beloved energy of divine feminine Quan Yin,
Rienan and Mao Shan and to great spirit and the elements to come and hold our containers sacred and safe.
