Acknowledging gratitude is a very important life blessing. Each time that we pause and take several moments to feel grateful, we are changing our lives for the better. In this session, I will guide you through visualization and affirmation to gratitude mindfulness.

Acknowledging gratitude is a very important life blessing.
Each time that we pause and take several moments to feel grateful,
We're changing our lives for the better.
Let's begin by breathing to be grateful for the air in our lungs and how you literally give us life.
Take several deep and relaxing breaths.
Breathe in,
Filling your body with air.
Breathe out.
Say to yourself,
I'm grateful.
Breathe in,
Expand as much as you can.
Breathe out,
Contracting.
I'm grateful.
Allow the breath to relax you.
Breathing,
Feeling energized by oxygen.
Relaxingly breathe out.
I'm grateful.
If you can,
Notice every sensation related to the breath.
Notice first the air coming into your nose.
How does it feel?
Is it cool as it passes through?
Feel the sensations when you breathe and notice how the air passes through quickly when you breathe deeper.
Now slow down your breath.
Focus on how gently the air passes through your nose.
Can you still sense the feeling of air?
Bring awareness to the air passing down into the lungs.
How far down your neck can you sense the coolness of the air?
Imagine each tiny molecules of oxygen is guiding in your very life.
Imagine that you can extend gratitude to the oxygen itself.
Breathing deeply and as you breathe out,
Say thank you and relax.
Breathing fully,
Breathe out and say thank you,
Feeling deeply relaxed.
Breathing again,
Feeling appreciation towards the breathing process.
Let it go and say thank you.
Notice how relaxed you feel right now.
The air is so giving and we can access the goodness of the breath at any time by breathing deeply and fully,
Being grateful for each breath.
Notice your mind by allowing it to wander.
Bring into your thoughts things you are grateful for.
What do you notice your mind thinks about?
With each things that pop into your conscious awareness,
Smile just a bit and feel the appreciation for this thing you are seeing.
It could be an experience,
A person,
An object,
Or an accomplishment.
Say to yourself now,
Thank you.
Breathing deeply,
Allow the exhale to relax you and remember the gratitude for your breath again.
Now we will go through different scenarios that humans experience.
They could fit exactly to your life,
So really feel in your own body and mind the gratitude for being able to have this experience.
Some of these experiences you may not personally relate to,
But when you hear these stories,
Think of someone you know who the story pertains and extend gratitude to them.
Imagine how they are so blessed with this life event.
Breathing in and out,
Feeling fully relaxed.
The chance to be a parent is one of the greatest opportunities a person can be gifted.
The love that grows between you and your child is more giving than anything you could possibly buy.
Experience now the feeling of the love between you and your child right now.
Imagine right now the moment you have collected together so far.
Simply immerse yourself with these feelings of love and acknowledge that you have immersed gratitude for what your baby child has given you.
Begin to feel a sense of overwhelming gratitude for what you are able to give to your child.
Breathe in and out and say thank you.
Repeat now with these memories and feelings for a little while.
Now bring about feelings of gratitude towards those who love you and care for you.
Let images of those wonderful people appear in your mind.
See their smiles and feel yourself smiling in this vision.
Clearly see them doing things for you that you are grateful for.
Thank them and hug them.
Knowing that they expect nothing in return from you except love.
Be also grateful for what you can provide for these people,
Especially when they ask for your help with something.
Breathe in and out and say thank you.
For a few moments,
Give recognition to these people who share love with you and honor them.
Being grateful for all that you have materialized is also very important.
So right now,
Appreciate this recording that you are listening to and how it guides you into relaxation.
Appreciate the warm bed or couch that you are laying on.
Give thanks that you have sheltered.
You may have a card that guides you from places to places.
Be thankful for the clothes upon your body and feel them on your skin.
Extend gratitude for all of your material items.
They are such a blessing.
Breathe in and out and say thank you.
Sit with gratitude for your material things for a few minutes.
Become grateful that you always manage to eat good food to nourish you each day.
Lively see what you last ate and feel gratitude that it is digesting effortlessly right now.
Nourishing your body with nutrients.
Imagine what you will eat next and perhaps you can sense right now biting into a fresh apple,
Your favorite variety and notice how your mouth waters.
Feel the gratitude for your sense of taste and how many different foods you can experience on your own palate.
Breathe in and out and say thank you.
Now sit with the gratitude for food for a few moments.
Give thanks now to the workers who build our home,
Roads and work hard every day making sure electricity is always supplied to us.
They deserve your full gratitude right now.
Breathe in and out imagining these people you will never meet but are so important to you and say thank you.
Sit with the feeling of gratitude for these hard working people right now for a few moments.
Now imagine that you are standing in front of a large and stunning mirror.
It has a giant ornate frame that was handcrafted and painted.
You can see your whole reflection in this mirror.
Notice how you look and what you are wearing.
Now extend the gratitude to yourself.
Be thankful for all you have done for other people along your journey in life so far.
You see your reflection standing with grace and appreciate the time that you had the strength that carries you through the difficult moments.
And you are obliged to offer assistance to those who need you.
Honor yourself right now.
Now hear yourself saying with conviction,
I am grateful for this moment.
Breathe and relax.
I am so powerful I can achieve anything I set my heart to and I am so grateful.
Breathe and relax.
I joyfully embrace each new day with gratitude.
Breathe and relax.
I am grateful for my dreams and desires because I know that they are manifesting now.
Breathe and relax.
I am worthy of being loved,
Being happy and doing what brings me joy.
Breathe and relax.
Every day I am going to work on being more mindful of all of the small blessings that I should be thankful for.

I am so grateful for discovering my power to create the reality of love.

I give thanks that my request has already been fulfilled.
